NIGERIANS SHOULD DECIDE
In Togo, another Francophone ECOWAS country backed by France, there was wide spread protest for a whole year against the 55 years unconstitutional rule of father and son, Gnassingbe
Eyadema and Faure Gnassingbe. The father ruled Togo with an iron fist for 37 years until his death in 2005, after which the son took over the helms of affairs and has been in power for 18 years despite the two term limit set in Togo’s 1992 constitution. France and the ECOWAS continue to support the dictator just as they did his father for 37 years. Dear Nigerians, is this the type of democracy France wants to force on Nigeria and Nigerians?

MY THOUGHT BEHIND ECOWAS,NIGERIA AGAINST NIGER
This so called ECOWAS military operation to protect democracy in Niger is nothing short of a joke taken too far. While the world is being distracted with the drum beat of war against Niger
Republic, one of the ECOWAS leaders – the President of Senegal, Macky Sall, dissolved the main opposition party, Pastef, ahead of the February 2024 general election in Senegal and the
opposition leader, Ousmane Sonko, who is set to win the Presidential election with a large margin was arrested, with hundreds of his protesting supporters killed and maimed by government forces. All these unfortunate “democratic” events happened in the past one week
alone, while we are all being distracted with the coup in Niger Republic. France has not said a word and ECOWAS has not declared war on Senegal. This is tantamount to Peter Obi’s Labour
Party or Atiku Abubakar’s PDP being dissolved, and the two opposition leaders arrested while hundreds of their supporters killed or maimed by the security forces under the cover of France and its allies.

NIGERIA AND ECOWAS VS NIGER
Democracy is not a one size fits all model, and democracy is not a
hypocritical agenda that is to used by interested parties to advance their personal interest at the time of their choosing for their personal benefits.
To discuss the issue of democracy in the ECOWAS region means accepting that democracy even exist in the ECOWAS region. For us to truly understand what is going on in Nigeria and the ECOWAS today, we must look deeper and beyond the obvious by dissecting the interest of all parties involved.
The first party and interest that needs to be highlighted is France. A colonial power that has instigated over 60 coup and coup attempts on the African continent from 1960 to date. As a
former colonial power, France has supported the most undemocratic regimes on the African continent to date in order to continue to exploit the resources of these African countries.

In the Republic of Guinea (where Tinubu obtained citizenship by swearing allegiance to another country that is also a french colony, hence making him ineligible to contest the 2023 presidential election), Alpha Conde, the then President of Guinea was toppled by a military coup one year into his THIRD term in office. Alpha Conde was supported by France and the ECOWAS until a military coup toppled his “democratic” government.
In Ivory Coast, French soldiers matched to the capital and arrested President Laurent Gbagbo in 2011. He was physically dragged out of the presidential palace by French soldiers for being “undemocratic”. He was replaced as President of Ivory Coast with Alhassan Outtara. Today Outtara has forced his way to an unconstitutional 3rd term as President of Ivory Coast despite unending protest by the people of Ivory Coast. He continues to be backed and supported by France and French forces.

Recent events in the affairs of our nation, most especially the risk of destabilising the entire West African region by the ECOWAS leaders necessitates the need to once again speak out and to call on all Nigerians to stand united in calling the ECOWAS leaders to order by denouncing violence, and by addressing the devastating consequences of war on human lives and societies.
The call for a military intervention in Niger Republic (“Niger”) to reverse a coup in Niger is nothing short of a declaration of war against the Niger Republic, Mali, Burkina Faso, and the
Republic of Guinea by the ECOWAS on behalf of foreign colonial interest. Such despicable action in the name of democracy is not only condemnable but also unacceptable.
Democracy is not a one size fits all model, and democracy is not a hypocritical agenda that is to used by interested parties to advance their personal interest at the time of their choosing for their personal benefits.

There are many things that deserve high emotions- but if you stop and think about it, most of the extremes we have in our lives are few and far between.
Daily irritations are a fact, that’s life, but giving them high emotional energy (anger) is purely a waste of energy.
-debbie lynn

“Anger ... it's a paralyzing emotion ... you can't get anything done.
People sort of think it's an interesting, passionate, and igniting feeling — I don't think it's any of that — it's helpless ... it's absence of control — and I need all of my skills, all of the control, all of my powers ... and anger doesn't provide any of that — I have no use for it whatsoever."
― Toni Morrison
In a gentle way, you can shake the world.

A poor man always think the rich man made his wealth out of luck.

And the rich man believes the poor is poor because he is lazy.

A young lady who married very early thinks ladies who are finding it hard to get married have bad character.

A man who just graduated and get a job immediately thinks he is smarter than others.

While a woman who just got married and start giving birth sees "barren" women as people who lived a wayward life.

If only the poor knew the price the rich paid to get to top and if only the rich knows the battles, challenges that the poor is going through, none will ever form a theory about each other.

If the poor can't appreciate the rich man's success let him mind his business if it is easy to be rich he wouldn't have been poor.

And if the rich won't help the poor grow at least they should not kill the spirit of a struggling man.

If only you know what people endure or fight behind the scene you will always thank God for your life. Until you walk in people's shoes, You will never know how hard the journey is.

Help each other grow!!!
Mock less, envy no one.
and love one another 😍😍

It's very easy to blame others, it's very easy to give excuses, and that's why it's very easy to be a failure.

You have no excuses, no matter how valid they are, you have no one to blame, no matter how many they are.

When you live with the understanding that you are responsible for whichever way your life turns out and that whatever happens to you is up to you alone, and no one else, you tend to sit up and do your best.

No matter how genuine your excuses are, believe me, they don't count. Take responsibility, and make things work, that's how you win in life.

Nothing works until you make it work and you won't make it work until you stop making excuses and looking for who to blame.

This life is 100% your responsibility, own your success and even your failure and keep working until things begin to work.

If you can't find a way, you will always find an excuse, but never accept it no matter how appealing and genuine it is. There is always away, it's up to you to find it

Excuses will always be there for you, opportunities won't, no matter how things turn out, the whole story is the same, you have only yourself to blame.

Decide today to be committed, accept no excuses, keep working until it works.

People may know what you've done, but only a few know what you've been through, they may know where you are, only a few know where you came from, they may see your smile, only a few know your pain, they may see your scars, only a few know what stories they tell.

Everyone is going through something you know nothing of, it's easy to look at them and make quick judgments and give opinions on something you don't understand.

If you can't make someone smile, at least don't make them cry, if you can't help them to be strong, at least don't be the reason they are weak, if you can't heal their pain, at least don't break their heart, everyone is going through something you know nothing of, if you can be anything, always be kind.

Making a hard decision about pursuing one's passion versus a stable career can be a daunting task. It's important to evaluate the potential risks and rewards of each option and prioritize what matters most to you in the long term. Remember that it's okay to take calculated risks and make changes as needed to find fulfillment in both your personal and professional life.

10 THINGS TIME HAS TAUGHT ME

1. Most of our life is spent chasing false goals and worshipping false ideals. The day you realise that is the day you really start to live.

2. You really, truly cannot please all of the people all of the time. Please yourself first and your loved ones second, everyone else is busy pleasing themselves anyway, trust me.

3. Fighting the ageing process is like trying to catch the wind. Go with it, enjoy it. Your body is changing, but it always has been. Don’t waste time trying to reverse that, instead change your mindset to see the beauty in the new.

4. Nobody is perfect and nobody is truly happy with their lot. When that sinks in you are free of comparison and free of judgement. It’s truly liberating.

5. No one really sees what you do right, everyone sees what you do wrong. When that becomes clear to you, you will start doing things for the right reason and you will start having so much more fun.

6. You will regret the years you spent berating your looks, the sooner you can make peace with the vessel your soul lives in, the better. Your body is amazing and important but it does not define you.

7. Your health is obviously important but stress, fear and worry are far more damaging than any delicious food or drink you may deny yourself. Happiness and peace are the best medicine.

8. Who will remember you and for what, become important factors as you age. Your love and your wisdom will live on far longer than any material thing you can pass down. Tell your stories, they can travel farther than you can imagine.

9. We are not here for long but if you are living against the wind it can feel like a life-sentence. Life should not feel like a chore, it should feel like an adventure.

10. Always, always, drink the good champagne/ Cacao and use the things you keep for ‘best’. Tomorrow is guaranteed to no one. Today is a gift that’s why we call it the present. Eat, Drink & Be Merry.

FROM MY VIEW TO THE LADIES
10 Men You Must NOT Marry!
(An immortal instructions to mortal ladies)

"Life is too short to have stutterer as your director."

So many single ladies are crying for a husband while so many married women are divorcing on daily basis. What could be responsible for the abuses, divorces, killings and their likes going on so many marriages?

Every man or woman going into marriage should consider certain things before "YOU SAY I DO!"

Below is a piece of my advice for ALL THE SINGLE LADIES!

#1: Men that buy things to show off rather than things that make a home.

Most guys don't even have a teaspoon to their name in the house.

I knew of a guy that wears very expensive clothes yet doesn't have a matrass in his room.

That's a sign that he would find it very difficult making a family when he marries.

If at 30, he doesn't have a good room with at least the cheapest fan and his clothes are worth more than fifty thousand naira, sister take to your heels.

If he cannot buy fan now that he has N10, 000, I bet you he will not buy a piece of land worth N1m when he has N10m.

#2: Men that value their friends more than their families!

This could be controversial!

But the truth remains that if he values you as a girlfriend more than his mother, don't marry him.

Because soon, he will value his side chick and friends more than his wife.

If you call it nothing that he values his friend(s) more than his family, remember that you become his family once you marry him. So get ready to enjoy the turn of the table.

#3: Men with poor/low mentality

Funnily enough, the handset of so many these days are more expensive than their mindset.

What will determine the level and nature of argument/conflict and its denouement(resolution) is the level of your man's mindset.

Some men are so shallow minded that they think they are always right and can argue to high heavens every blessed day to prove it.

Hey sister! You would lead a very frustrated life i

HOW TO RESPECT YOURSELF

(1) Stop looking for who is not looking for you.

(2) Stop begging.

(3) Stop saying more than is necessary.

(4) When people disrespect you, confront them immediately.

(5) Don't eat other people's food more than they eat yours.

(6) Reduce how you visit some people, especially if they don't reciprocate it.

(7) Invest in yourself. Make yourself happy.

(8) Stop entertaining gossip about other people.

(9) Think before you talk. 80% of how people value you is what comes out of your mouth.

(10) Always look your best. Dress the way you should be addressed.

(11) Be an achiever. Get busy with your goals.

(12) Respect your time.

(13) Don't stay in a relationship where you don't feel respected and valued. Walk away.

(14) Learn to spend money on yourself. That's how people will learn to spend on you.

(15) Be scarce sometimes.

(16) Be a giver more than a receiver.

(17) Don't go where you are not invited. And when invited don't overstay your welcome.

(18) Treat people exactly the way they deserve.

(19) Except they owe you money, two call attempts is enough. If they value you they will call you back.

(20) Be good at what you do. Be the best.
