Every New Year my wife and I take the time to pray and reflect on what God would have us focus in on for the next 12 months. One year we were challenged to be more generous, another time we felt called to mature our faith in key areas. One year we pursued peace in our home. Last year we focused on foundations. The word God gave us for this year has challenged me to step out and start being more deliberate about encouraging people from His Word. I have a passion for the Bible and there are few things I enjoy more than a healthy discussion about theology or the nature of God. It fascinates me, but more than that it liberates me. I find myself more full of joy every time I open the pages of the Bible and I'd like to share that with others.

On a weekly basis I'll be providing short, encouraging or challenging videos where I or another Jesus follower brings a truth of the Bible into focus. I'll also look forward to engaging in some healthy discussion about the content of the videos and praying for anyone who sends in a request or need.
