✨SAMOA TRUFFLES✨Ingredients7 ounce sweetened, shredded coconut1 can dulce de leche (14 ounce)1 can sweetened condensed milk (14ounce)1 box (11 ounce) Nilla Wafer cookies,crushed (about 2 cups crushed)16 ounce Ghirardelli dark chocolatewafersDIRECTIONS:On a large baking sheet, spread coconutinto a single layer. Bake in 350 degreeoven for 10-15 minutes, until lightlybrowned. Make sure to turn and flip thecoconut every 5 minutes. Then take out of oven.2. In a new bowl, combine coconut, dulce deleche, sweetened condensed milk andNilla Wafer crumbs. Stir until well combined.3. Line a baking sheet with parchmentpaper. Scoop one tablespoon of mixture onto the parchment. Place truffles in freezer and freezefor about 30 minutes.4. Melt chocolate wafers according to directions, stirring every 30 seconds.Dip bottom of each truffle in meltedchocolate.5. Once all truffles are dipped, drizzle some on the top6. Put in freezer for about an hour (I prefer longer 1-2 hours for a more crunchier gooey bite!) ENJOY!
✨EASY HOLIDAY FUDGE✨What you’ll need:1 bag of semi sweet chocolate morsels (I prefer Ghirardellis)1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk1/4 C Butter1 Tsp Vanilla Extract1 C WalnutsInstructions:Combine Chocolate chips, milk, and butter.Melt in microwave until completely melted. Mix thoroughly.Next, add in your vanilla and walnutsTransfer to an 8x8 Pan. I like to line it with parchment paper (makes it easier to remove and transfer) Let set and harden for about 2-3 hours Cut into squares.Perfect holiday treat for the family, for gift boxes, you name it!!
