About 70 years old and still climbing up the charts, Irons' new album seems a refined work of art, same old energy and more experience.
The band is ageing very well together with the fans, perhaps the most loyal fandom in heavy metal scene

25 years after, new "ghost recordings " of British cult band Bang Bang Machine have been found. An interesting indie pop band which recorded just on demo tapes, then on vinyls, between 1989 and 1996, soon becoming a cult in the UK.

Talking about old tapes, as I was born in 1975, i 've been recording tapes all across the late 80s , 90s and the early 2000s, so that most of my tapes are about punk/dark/new wave. Then my taste has changed, the CD era came, but this is another story...

Exactly 25 years ago Trainspotting hit the screen... an iconic movie for my generation ( I was just 20 at the time) and a superb soundtrack
Last witness of the beat generation, poet Lawrence Ferlinghetti died at 101. An innovative editor too, who published a lot of poems and tales by beatnik authors. These works were usually read in public meetings and conferences and gave a significant impulse to the movements of the 60s. Here's one of those tales read (rather than sung) by Lou Reed

I prefer to remember Gwen Stefani this way, when she was a brilliant singer of an interesting garage pop band.
I've just heard yesterday her new single, a really lower level 😫

Radio What? born casually in August 2019 when three strangers, united by two great common passions, football and music, decide to join togheter to share their paths.
Gigino Borghett (1975).In his youth he had the chance to travel a lot throughout Europe - Germany, England, Spain and Eastern countries - following festivals and visiting clubs being interested both in alternative /indie rock and the electro - techno scene. As a result, he has acquainted a solid background on new wave/indie /punk and electronic as well. Anyway he also appreciates voodoobilly and any sort of mutant blues. Sometimes he likes to take a look on industrial music or the good old classics from the 60s/70s. In his hometown he still has a certain reputation as a party organizer. Nowadays he has happily settled his own family but he still loves so much to talk about music with his writer 's attitude and a humorous style
ADN (1981) is a bass player, and a white collar that never wears a jacket. He listens to everything, natural born new waver, grunge kid, indie kid but basically a shoegazer. He never stopped worshipping new wave. Here are three playlists that explain how his obsessed music mind has been built:

Pasquale Chionchio aka ºPaºChiº (1975) Those three dots are not there by chance, they represent three circles, one for the vinyl, one for the pizza, one for the wheel of a bike, basically the story of my life. Born and bred in Naples as an Hip Hop head, where I was “run-in tings” (doing my ‘zine, radio show, and Hip Hop nights) soon opened his eyes toward everything good, from Jazz to Punk. I still collect vinyl, although I lost 13000 units in a fire, ride my bike like an obsessed, wear Japanese denim and German trainers, don’t eat animal but loads of Marinara.
