When I'm dwindling down in terms of productivity, I find it difficult to get back on track. The reason is a subconscious thought of "getting the bad s**t go first".
After a lot of thinking, I realised that not starting to get back on track WAS the reason I was dwindling down. The hope at the bottom of the seas for secure footing is always a facade. You have to swim up as you fall or you'll fall too deep.

Teenagers NEED Attention. Emotional neglect from parents puts them at risk of trust issues, anxiety, and serious medical illnesses like Severe Depression.
So, the next time you see a lost teenager, give them a hug. Ask them how their day was. Watch their favorite show with them!
