If you are seeing this, I need your honest opinion, so please if you can take the time out of your day to give me some insight and opinions I would greatly appreciate it. If not I love you anyways.
So it's no secret we don't stream anymore or make gaming related content, life changes, things happen, goals change along with all of that. On that note though I do miss making content a lot. It's something that made me happy, it's something I felt good about when I made connections with people or was able to help anyone out in any way, make them laugh, distract from life, ECT.. so I was thinking about taking a more serious approach about making gym and health content.
I want people of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds to feel comfortable about living a healthier life and show people it's not that hard to make the changes you want, you don't need an expensive gym membership, you don't need to be rich, you don't need anything other than will power, discipline, and the willingness to learn about your body and what works for you.
So basically I'm asking if y'all think it would be a good idea to start posting workouts, foods, tips, all of that but from a real natural perspective, from someone who already went from 315+ to 207. From someone who is learning with you and showing you it's possible to make changes without gear/roids or fad diets, from someone on the journey as well and has been where you are, the person wanting change. Realistic goals and loving your body.
Would that be something you're interested in?
