This year, we skipped cooking and tried ’s Thanksgiving dinner, and it was *SO* good 🤩.

Sunday mornings feel a little wild here (OK, very wild...). My youngest won't sit still at breakfast, and we're almost always on the verge of being late for Hebrew school dropoff.

So, Sunday morning breakfast is usually a mix of fresh fruit, veggies, and toast + spreads I can grab quickly from the fridge that keep me energized.

I did it! I ran my first-ever 5K!

I’ve never been a runner, but this past year I challenged myself to try. And more and more, I’m finding that I love running outside, something that’s always intimidated me.

👋 Hi friends, I’m starting something new here, separate from my private FB + Insta full of kid pics. I’ll be documenting my journey to awesome health and sharing so much of what I’m learning along the way. I hope you’ll join me!

A little about me: I’m a startup exec and mom of two who has struggled with weight, body image, and health for pretty much my whole life.

In October 2019, I hit a wall. After having two kids, I had lost myself in parenting and work and was the heaviest and most exhausted I’d ever been. I decided it was time to challenge myself to try something new. And I’m really glad I did… and that it stuck.

In the almost two years since, I’ve completely transformed the way I eat and move. I’ve gone plant-based, started using Join ZOE (and joined the company!), and pushed myself to become far more athletic. I’ve lost 50-pounds, but way more importantly, I feel the best I’ve ever felt, I’ve adopted a much healthier mindset when it comes to food, and I’m learning SO much in the process.

Ok, let’s do this!
