NEIGHBORS KEPT STEALING FROM MY MOM'S GARDEN & DESTROYING HER PLANTS - MY REVENGE MADE HEADLINES IN MY CITY. DID I GO TOO FAR?
My mom's real big on gardening. She’s got this gorgeous yard full of vibrant plants and cute yard statuettes. But we've had some real lowlifes come by and steal stuff. Folks have snatched potted plants right off our porch! And those yard statuettes she carefully placed? Gone!
It got even worse. These jerks dug up whole plant bulbs with the plants still attached. One time, someone cut all the roses off her bushes, probably 'cause they were too cheap to buy from a florist. This kinda behavior was beyond frustrating and just broke my mom’s heart. She puts so much love into her garden, and seeing her hard work taken away was devastating.
I’d had enough. My mom didn't deserve this, so I decided to get some good old-fashioned Texas revenge for her.

I FOLLOWED TWIN GIRLS WHO SAT ON THE SAME PARK BENCH UNTIL EVENING EVERY DAY
Every night, when I walked my dog in the park, I saw twin girls, about 8 years old, in old shabby clothes sitting on the same bench. Their faces were always anxious, their eyes filled with a sadness that tugged at my heart. No parents or adults were ever around, and their loneliness was palpable.
One evening, the chill in the air was sharper, and the girls were there again, shivering in their thin, worn jackets. The streetlights flickered on as darkness crept in. My concern grew unbearable, and I decided to discreetly follow them to see who would come for them.
As it got dark, the girls stood up, holding each other's hands tightly. They walked with hesitant steps, casting nervous glances around. They left the park by themselves, disappearing into the shadows of the city. My worry deepened with every step they took, and I followed them, my heart pounding in my chest, determined to ensure their safety.

MIL BILLED ME $3,360 FOR BABYSITTING HER OWN GRANDSON — HERE'S HOW I SETTLED THE SCORE
Recently, I had to go on a week-long work trip. It was challenging to be away from my son for so long, but my MIL agreed to take care of him while I was away. Before leaving, I left her a couple of hundred dollars in cash on the counter to spend on my son if he needed anything.
As I came back home tired but happy to be back, I noticed the stack of money still in the same place with a handwritten note right on the bill that said, "Where is the rest?!" The rest??? I called my MIL to clarify what she meant; her answer baffled me.
"Nannies get around twenty dollars per hour where we live. I just spent twenty-four hours for seven days straight with your son. I deserve compensation of at least $3,360! These scraps that you left for me are not enough!!!"
"Oh, well," I thought. If she wanted to be treated like a nanny, I could do that…
