Let’s talk about Toxic Friends:

1. They bring up your past on table and make fun of it. Just in case it happens to you, don’t smile or laugh. Don’t let them feel comfortable sa pag disrespect sayo para makaramdam sila na mali yung ginagawa nila. Just stare at them.

2. They are not happy in your achievements. Laging may mga backhand comments about your winning.

3. Lagi nilang pinupuna yung suot mo like, “buti bumagay sayo no.” Wear what you want dear.

4. Prangka pero wala sa lugar like, “ano ba yan ang taba taba mo na” “puro ka pimples, anyare sa mukha mo?” Girls/Boys always remember na it’s is natural to have flaws in your body or skin. Natural yan so don’t feel bad about it. You are still beautiful.

5. Uutang pero di babayaran.

6. Itatake advantage yung kindness mo, so learn to say no sometimes if you disagree sa isang bagay. Protect your mental health at all cost.

7. Lahat may nasasabi sa ginagawa mo and always talk behind your back.

If maka encounter kayo ng ganyan, it’s okay to cut people. Hindi mo need ng mga taong hihilahin ka pababa, always remember that your mental health and peace is important. Your feelings are valid. 🙏🏻✨

Surround yourself with good people, who respects you and most important is you are learning something from them. 🤗

Isang lalake ang naglitson ng isang malusog na baka. At nung puwede na itong ihain ay tinawag niya ang kanyang bunsong kapatid na lalaki at sinabi: "Lumabas ka at puntahan mo ang ating mga kapitbahay at kaibigan, imbitahan para sa ating salo salo."

Lumabas ang kanyang kapatid.. at ito ang kanyang isinigaw...
"Mga kapit bahay, tulungan ninyo kami! Nasusunog ang aming tahanan!"

At Dali-daling namang humangos 'yung ibang nakarinig patungo sa bahay nila para tumulong mag-apula sa sunog. . . . . .Ang iba nama'y parang walang narinig at ang iba naman ay sadyang ayaw talagang tumulong.

Nagtaka naman 'yung mga humangos para tumulong dahil wala naman palang sunog. Bagkus ay may handaan at may litson baka pa, kaya naman sila ay nagsikain at nagpakabusog!

Napansin naman ng panganay na kapatid na wala man lang siyang kakilala sa mga naimbitahan kaya't tinanong niya ang kanyang nakababatang kapatid.

"Nasaan na ang mga kapitbahay at mga kaibigan natin?"
At siya ay sumagot at sinabi niya.

"Sumigaw ako ng tulong dahil nasusunog ang ating tahanan..."
Kuya, sila ang tunay na mga kasama o kaibigan natin, na handang tumulong sa oras na tayo ay nangangailangan.

Lesson :

Maraming kaibigan na kilala ka lang sa oras na sila'y nangangailangan, pero kapag ikaw naman ang nangangailangan ay hindi mo na sila mahagilap.

Types of Toxic People:

The Jealousy — takot na malamang sya. Ayaw maangatan ng iba. Hindi masaya sa achievements ng tao.
The Toxic — Mahilig gumamit ng fool words as a joke para masaktan ka.
The Drama Queen — Ayaw magkaroon ng room for self improvement. Laging sinisisi sa mundo yung problema kahit mali nya.
Gaslighting — Mga pa-victim and selfish. Mamanipulate ka just to make you feel na ikaw yung mali.
Negging — Eto yung mga taong gagawa ng paraan just to make you feel bad about yourself.
