Hi Everyone!

It’s been a long time. For several years, I spent countless hours on this account every day. It came to the point, where I had to spend those hours making money and I took a few writing jobs though I do have a story coming out about the Oakland PD. I’m just waiting for a FOAA request to be fulfilled.

I’m posting now with the following message.

I’ve been nominated as a candidate for Kennebec County Register of Probate Court (fancy name for court administrator or manager) and will appear on the November ballot.

Most people will use the Probate Court sometime in their lives whether it is filing a will, divorce proceedings, custody matters, conservator issues or for adoption proceedings, etc.

Kennebec County residents who come to the Probate Court aren’t usually having their best day. It is an emotional, stressful or anxiety ridden experience for most people. I know that feeling personally and while adoption is a happy thing, the stress and worry still hit us.

I want to ensure that everyone who comes into the Probate Court is treated kindly and with respect and courtesy.

Also, having spent seven (7) years as the Director of Administration for a Boston law firm, I have the experience needed to do this job effectively. The Probate Court should be ran like a law firm to be most efficient.

Lastly, I have reviewed, drafted and filed more Probate Court documents in my career as a Senior Paralegal than I can count.

I have already put in $2,000 of my own money for signs, business cards, etc. I want you to know that I will be as careful with your money as I am with mine. A contribution of any amount to my campaign is greatly appreciated.

I was wondering how long it would take Bellows to play victim. I’m mad at myself that I didn’t do a poll when I first thought of it.

The answer is 12/29/23 when she complained she has received threats and is worried about the safety of people she loves to CNN.

PS. Don’t make threats on this page please. Inciting violence and/or making violent threats are not protected under the First Amendment.

Shenna Bellows Maine Department of the Secretary of State removed Trump from the primary ballot using Colorado’s reasoning that he committed insurrection.

Bellows said “I am mindful that no secretary of state has ever deprived a presidential candidate of ballot access based on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. I am also mindful, however, that no presidential candidate has ever before engaged in insurrection.”

Dear Shenna: Trump was not convicted of insurrection. Your OPINION doesn’t make it a true legal conclusion. So while Maine removes Trump, Colorado puts him back on the ballot pending a Supreme Court ruling.

What Bellows is doing is election interference. Her decision will likely be reversed by the Supreme Court but in the meantime she is making political points with those who want to cheat to win.

Bellows’ own decision (not even a court decision) will not (and should) not look kindly on her in the annals of history

If you’re not aware, Shenna Bellows (Sec of State) along with Kimberley Rosen, Thomas Saviello and Ethan Strimling are working to keep Trump off of the 2024 ballot. These four (and more) think that grown adults in Maine should NOT be able to decide whether or not they vote for Trump.

The case to keep Trump off the ballot in Maine is based, like Colorado, on Article 14, Section 3 of the Constitution regarding insurrection. They problems are: 1. Trump hasn’t been charged with (nor found guilty of) insurrection; and 2. He wasn’t found guilty when this was adjudicated in Congress during Impeachment proceedings.

In their brief, The Three Musketeers (Rosen, Saviello and Strimling), say that the Colorado decision is a “modern persuasive authority.” However, the dissenting opinions in Colorado (yes I’ve read all of them) make the majority in Colorado look like first year law school students in a mock trial.

Additionally, the most RECENT decision is out of Michigan where the Michigan Supreme Court REJECTED the Trump ban case.

Also, and this will make you scratch your heads, Gavin Newsom (Gov of California) has publicly stated: “…in California we defeat candidates at the polls. Everything else is a political distraction.”

Speak up and speak out if you think these four people don’t speak for you.

Let’s hear it. How do you think CMP is doing to restore power?

There’s no doubt that there’s a lot of work to be done.

One problem I have is with their estimated restoration times so we can “plan” accordingly.

I received an estimated restoration time for yesterday (Wednesday) at 10 pm and I “planned.” Then, at 8 pm, I got a new text alert that power would be restored TWO days later on 12/22 at 10 pm.

As far as I am concerned, estimated restoration times are made up fairy tales by CMP.

At the Maine Principal’s Association Cross Country Championships today. The 12:20 race was won by Ruth White and second place was won by Teagan White.

Third place was taken by Soren Stark-Chessa who up until this year ran on the boys team with a Maine ranking of 170+.

The other photos are photos of BELFAST (MAINE) POLICE DEPARTMENT’s dumbest cops. The double chinned one is Littlefield. The bearded squinty one is Guba (not kidding and it’s pronouced Goobah) and the other one who can’t think for himself and repeats whatever Guba says is called Baker.

Guba and Baker had their fragile egos hurt when I asked if they knew the 5 elements of the First Amendment. Instead of being big boys their mamas could be proud of and admit they didn’t know Guba replies “I’m not here to answer questions.” Then I asked how many constitutional rights he has violated since he clearly has no idea about the most basic First Amendment. Ohhhh Guba got angry and gave me a squinty eyed stare and his lip ever so slightly twitched on the left side of his mouth. You don’t need to be a body language expert to read that universal symbol of contempt.

The woman in yellow was rude and waving her arms in front of my face and bumping into me and hitting my arm which is why I didn’t get a photo of third place. I said something to her that contained the word f*ing because she kept assaulting me. Littlefield waddled over and said it was disorderly conduct to swear if it offends people. He is as dumb as Guba and Baker and he should look at that law again. I would have gladly taken an illegal arrest that violated my constitutional rights and filed a Federal Civil Rights lawsuit.

Here’s my response to a limousine liberal (owner of nearly all liberal rags in Maine). These folks are using the Lewiston tragedy to push their gun control agenda.

So basically you DO want to take my guns away. I love when people spout about semi automatic weapons but have zero education on guns. Nearly all pistols are semi-automatic. All of my pistols are semi automatic. I had a background check. I train regularly at various ranges and with various top NRA instructors. How about you head over to Liberty Fi****ms and get a lesson on defensive shooting from Mike.

The system failed the people of Maine. The US Army failed the people of Maine. There were ample opportunities for the folks at the hospital over the summer and in the Army command to take action. They didn’t and now so many people are killed or injured.

When 3 people are breaking into my home with weapons, I’m not going to say “hey guys can you wait for me to reload my 6 shot revolver?” That’s absurd. I prefer to have a semi automatic pistol to protect myself and my family. When seconds count police are minutes away.

I also prefer not to be a victim but you do you.

Whether you are a Yes on 3 voter or a NO on 3 voter regarding Pine Tree Power Company, you have no right to trespass on someone’s property and put your political signs on their Halloween decorations.

This happened on Pond Road in Sidney in broad daylight.

Remember Melissa and Don Levesque from our 2021 three Part Series “Buyers Beware?”

Well it seems Melissa and Don are up to new dirty tricks. I’m having documents sent to me for review and conducted a brief interview with the alleged victim this afternoon.

I’m sure you’ll be as disgusted as I was when I heard what scheme they are allegedly pulling now up in the Houlton area.

EDIT: I was right about Amy Calder and her article being one sided. Either she wasn’t listening or couldn’t read her notes because her article contained multiple instances of misinformation.

There was an absolute barn burner of a select board meeting tonight in Oakland, Maine tonight.

Stay tuned for an article about the meeting and mob mentality.

Amy Calder of the Morning Sentinel / Kennebec Journal was there to report on the meeting. She seemed to be primarily interviewing members of the mob. I found two level headed folks at the meeting so her article could be fair and balanced. How do you think she’ll do?

WARNING:

I just returned from Verizon. My SIM card was fried. According to the Verizon staffer a lot of Iphones have had this happen lately and most likely is the result of a recent update.

If you notice your phone shows SOS in the upper right corner, it is likely your SIM card was fried.

Verizon installed an E SIM internally which doesn’t require that small SIM card on the side.

Folks, I understand the importance of protection orders from abuse or harassment. They are essential tools in the court system.

What I don’t understand is why people misuse the system. Today I assisted someone in District Court who had a temporary Protection from Harassment Order placed against. She is a kind and sweet grandmother who had the order taken out against her by a woman who, in my opinion, has serious mental health problems. In fact, she brought her therapist to court which made no sense to me. Okay, it sorta did.

The judge’s ruling at the end was glorious and it went like this (I am paraphrasing a bit but it is pretty close to what happened).

Judge: As I mentioned earlier, the Plaintiff must prove, beyond a preponderous of evidence, that the harassment or threat occurred. Having listened to the testimony, I don’t believe the Plaintiff proved her allegations.

Now it becomes a she said/she said situation and I must make a determination based on the credibility of the Plaintiff and Defendant’s testimony. I find the Defendant to be more credible than the Plaintiff. When the Defendant said ###x did not happen despite the Plaintiff’s claims, I 100% believed her.

Further, I believe the Plaintiff was the aggressor in this situation. Additionally, I find it suspect that the Plaintiff feared for her safety yet waited 7 days to request the temporary order.

I hereby order that the temporary order against the Defendant be dismissed and no further order will be issued on this matter.

BUT WAIT! There’s more.

I backed out of my parking space at the Courthouse and was starting to leave when I realized I didn’t enter where I was going into the car navigation. I pulled over in the parking lot to enter the address because you can’t enter an address while driving. While I was stopped there, I answered an email and called my husband to relay what happened in court.

I decide to make another call and was in the middle of saying hello when I heard an odd scream/groan. I looked up from my phone and saw the Plaintiff standing about 100 feet away on the opposite side of some parked cars.

She started yelling at me and told me I was harassing her. I held up my phone and showed her I was on a call. I didn’t even realize she was behind parked cars until she screamed dramatically.

She then began recording me and shouting something else. I waved in a manner to leave me alone as she shouts into the video “She’s waaaavvviiinnnngggg at me.” The person I was on the phone with was asking what was going on. I told her someone was having a histrionics attack and blaming me for it and we had a good chuckle over the absurdity. When I held up my phone to record, she turned her back and covered her face because it’s okay when she does it but not when someone else does it.

I finished my call and continued on my way.

The moral of the story: Don’t abuse the court system when you simply don’t like it when things don’t go your way.

After my post about scammers, what do you know? Scammers showed up. If you see comments like this or “message me for help.” Same thing. Scammers.

I’ve gone through and blocked all who left a message. These people have no soul.

I got a phishing email from Norton Antivirus. It wasn’t Norton. It was a scam call center who wanted to give me a “refund” for the Norton services I didn’t order.

So I just had a lovely call and wasted a lot of time with that Indian scam call center.

NEVER EVER go onto your computer and enter web addresses to get a refund for a supposed invoice you received by email. The scams out there include (but are not limited to: Norton, McAfeee, Social Security Administration, PayPal, Microsoft, Spectrum, DirecTV, IRS, etc.

Americans have lost over $10 Billion to Indian scam call centers. Don’t let that be you.

Me: Hi. Is this McAfee?

Scammer: Yes. This McAfee how many I help you.

Me: Oops I got confused. It’s Norton. I’ll call them.

Scammer: Wait. Wait. This is Norton.

Me: You said it was McAfee.

Scammer: No. I said it was Norton (liar). Do you want to cancel?

Me: YES!!! (Start coughing fit and have him hold while I get “water.”

Scammer: Do you have a computer or laptop?

Me: Both.

Scammer: What is the amount of your refund?

Me: Can’t you look it up on your computer?

Scammer: $428

Me: That’s wrong.

Scammer: Use google chrome and type this address: 247care. cc.

Me: (Gets address wrong 10 times)

Scammer: Okay what does it say?

Me: Hang on I have to take my medicine.

Scammer: Madam are you okay.

Me: Almost.

Me: It says (start listing everything on the fake Norton page).

Scammer YELLING: Support Support

Me: Still listing what I see.

Scammer YELLING: Madam SUPPORT

Me: Oh okay. Why didn’t you say that?

Scammer: (Mumbles)

Me: I’m on the support page.

Scammer: Let me give you the code to our secure server (gives code).

Me: Can I ask you a question? Benchode, how dumb do you think I am. You’re a chutia (naughty Hindi words).

Scammer: You motherf*****. You are a benchode.

Me: Ahahahahahaha. At least I kept you from scamming someone else for a long time.
