As many Caribbean countries develop their medicinal cannabis industries, there are repeated concerns expressed throughout the region about small farmers and traditional cannabis cultivators being left out.
Well, according to Trinidad and Tobago's former Attorney General, and current Minister of Rural Development and Local Government, Faris Al-Rawi the T&T cannabis industry WILL be inclusive.
