An exclusive and intimate evening's entertainment with two of NZ's finest entertainers and legends in Country Music Jodi Vaughan & Brendan Dugan.

Celebrating 40 years since the release of their platinum album 'Fairweather Friends' a time when they became household names, being on our TV screens every Saturday Night on 'That's Country' .

Together they celebrate their 40 years and Jodi's newly released NZ #1 Album 'For the Love of Country' with the new hit Duet 'I'll Be There for You'. Come and enjoy the evening, book a table of friends and enjoy the stunning environment of Takapoto Estate

This Friday 1st of July the 2nd single is coming from Jodi's album 'For the Love of Country' - 'I'll there for You' is the first recorded duet from Jodi Vaughan and Brendan Dugan in 40 years since their most successful recorded work, the duet album 'Fairweather Friends' which went platinum in 1982. We cannot wait to release the single and music video for 'I'll Be There For You' . We filmed it in Paihia, New Zealand during the Bay of Islands Country Rock Festival

Not resting on her laurels, Jodi has been back in the studio recording a single with Aly Cook for their Sisters in Country duo project EP.

After entertaining the crowds of fans at Bay of Islands with 'Sisters in Country' (Aly Cook & Jodi Vaughan) , a duo where they invite different women country music artists to perform as guests on every show.

Cook who is also the managing director of Tasman Records said

"It is a real pleasure and privilege to bring forth such an amazing body of work from Jodi on our label. The duet which is on Jodi's album will be a captured piece of New Zealand music history for the country's longest running and most loved country music duo . Brendan Dugan & Jodi Vaughan's names became synonymous with each other, as I grew up watching them on NZ Television every week for 8 years on 'That's Country' .

This made them household names and it's an honour to work with them, as two of our most long standing New Zealand entertainers with both of them having 50 years in the business.. Working with legacy artists is our theme on Tasman records and Jodi’s release was the perfect follow up to our licensing of Gerry Beckley (from the band America) album ‘Keeping the Light On’ last year releasing across Australia & New Zealand.
