A sneak pic of my trip to the Dead Sea, Jordan with my girl gang, though we were incomplete in numbers, we made sure to make the trip memorable as possible.
The water there is so rich and luxurious, it feels like you're in another world! You can find numerous luxury hotels, resorts, and spas around this amazing venue.
We got to stay in an amazing resort.

A 60 year old restaurant in Ammar, Jordan 🇯🇴
Hashem, in downtown Amman, is probably the most well known restaurant in the city and is a landmark.
We had seen many bloggers talk about it on YouTube before landing in Jordan and couldn't wait to get there. And, finally we did get there, it didn't let us down. The options on the menu are limited, but still more than enough to have you stuffed and satiated.
The service was super quick and the portions beyond generous, esp. considering the price.
For 4 JD there was loads of
Hummus, fresh salad, breads, falafels, fries, in fact, it was so much in plenty, And finally, the food was awesome (sumptuous and fresh)

Bagged No.1 spot as World's 50 Best Restaurants MENA 🏆
A beauty by the harbour is what I would say. This restaurant is hidden away in a corner by the Jumeirah Fishing Harbour. ❤️
But inspite of being a hidden gem, it definitely bagged the trophy.🏆

On behalf of Antigua & Barbuda Tourism Authority (ABTA), few of us bloggers were lucky to have been part of a cooking experience with the eminent Antiguan & Barbudan Chef Lejorn Hill at Top Chef Cooking Studio, Jumeirah, Dubai.
ABTA has organized it's tourism week at the Expo 2020 with an amazing Pavilion showcasing their country, people, food and culture.
Thank you .tiri for this opportunity and it was definitely a memorable one.

- The Legends Roll in 😎 Swearing on with their 30 plus year old legacy, this Hyderabadi Restaurant is a definite must visit it place.
Located in Dubai - Al Nahda, this restaurant is a place that serves unique Hyderabadi dishes and exquisite ones too. Packed in with a lot of flavour, I must say this was something I shouldn't have missed to dine out earlier.
But as it goes, it's never too late for anything. Don't check out the full video for the details on the restaurant.

Let's travel back to the 15th Century.
Let’s Make Memoni Biriyani
Ingredients:
1 kg curry cut Chicken pieces
2 tomatoes thinly sliced
2-3 onions thinly sliced
4-5 green chilies (whole)
½ cup vegetable oil
3-4 black cardamom, 2-star anise, 2-3 bay leaves, few cloves, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 tbsp whole black peppercorns, 1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 – 1 ½ tbsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp biriyani powder
1 cup curd
4-5 dry prunes soaked in water
½ tbsp lime juice
½ cup fried onions
½ tbsp ginger chopped or paste
1 tbsp garlic chopped or paste
1 tbsp rose water
½ cup chicken stock
2 cups basmati rice boiled with cumin seeds
½ cup milk
1-2 tbsp saffron.
Method:
-Take a deep bottom vessel, add oil let it heat and then add the chicken fry 7 min, and set aside
-In the same pan , add tomatoes, whole spices, and powders, curd, prunes, lime juice, and onions.
-Saute and then add ginger and garlic, then add the chicken, mix well with some water and stock.
-Pre cook rice with some cumin seeds and set aside
-Once masala is cooked, top with rice and saffron milk, mint leaves, coriander leaves for garnish
- Cook for 30 min at 150 deg. C. or cook on stove top low heat for 1 hour with a low flame.
NOTE: If using stove stop, do keep checking in between if the base does not get burnt
-Switch off and let it stay in the oven for another half an hour.
- Serve with raita

-Pre cook the rice with some cumin seeds and set aside, should be later used for dum.
-Once the masala is cooked top with rice and saffron milk, mint leaves, coriander leaves for garnish
- Cook for 30 min at 150 deg. C. or cook on stove top low heat for 1 hour with a low flame.
NOTE: If using stove stop, do keep checking in between if the base does not get burnt
-Switch off and let it stay in the oven for another half an hour.
- Serve with raita
