Masculinity is not and has never been toxic. The opposite is.
Have you have been labelled as toxic because you believe that men and women have different roles? That it is your JOB to be a provider and a protector?
Great because it has become a badge of honor. Weak individuals like to call others name, especially when they don't have the mental capacities to discuss and debate ideas.
Weak men are easy to recognize. They blame others for their problems. They spend all their free time playing videos games, watching netflix and masturbating. And above all they complain about others.
Keep your chin up, you're not the problem, THEY ARE!
This is episode 5 of The Nico Lagan Show.
I want to start by saying that Randy is one of the people I know that I really look up to. He IS the definition of what I consider a good man. He is kind, helpful, genuine, well-spoken, controlled and has a calm that only a dangerous man has. He knows what he is capable of but he has all under control. Randy is the man.
Thank god Randy is such a chill guy because the topics we discussed on the show tend to make me very intense. I'm a very passionate person and speaking about Canada and what's currently going on in definitely a sore point for me.
Thanks again for being part of this Randy this was awesome.
Who is Randy Turner:
Randy is owner, operator and head coach for Direct Action Combat Performance. A company providing full-spectrum combative training. Blending a mixture of skills and experiences to create a system for self-defense and combative skill enhancement. His humble and easy-going demeanor enables him to evolve, grow, adapt and share his combat expertise.
After serving his country at the highest level of Elite Special Forces, Randy Turner transitioned to a leadership role integrating Combative training for people of various skillets and professions. All members of our society deserve access to training that will increase their personal safety and well-being.

The greatest gift you can give other is to be yourself
When you allow yourself to be yourself, you allow others to get to know you. It's a beautiful gift you are giving to the people around you.
The more honest you are with yourself, the more honest you'll become with the people around you. Unfortunately, these days, people are easily offended. Somehow it's become wrong to
tell people the truth, just because it might hurt their feelings.
As Mateo mentions it in the video, often it comes from a place of caring and not because he's an asshole.
Truth hurts, sure... But how else is one supposed to learn?
This is episode 4.
I got to sit down with Mateo Carrapato Vogel. Mateo is a professional MMA fighter. He holds a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black belt, and he's the current BLF Featherweight Champion. Although Mateo is a born martial artist, don't let that fool you, he knows how to use his head as well as his fists. This might come as a surprise to most, but as you will see in this podcast, he is passionate about psychology and philosophy. This is the second podcast we record together, and I am always amazed on how wise beyond his year Mateo is.
This is the second time I sit down with Mateo and just like our first one, this podcast is very philosophical. We speak about the importance of mentorship and role models. How martial arts and fighting is a metaphor for life! Being true to yourself and your nature, so you can give yourself to others.
I know you’ll enjoy this one because it’s really great. Just check out the video below to see exactly what I mean ⬇️⬇️⬇️ It’s my nature ➡️ When someone pushes me, I push back!

Just Work Hard!
Once again, Nick Castiglia is speaking the truth! One of the many times during this podcast where Nick shared his wisdom.
Like him, this is something I believe in to my core. Want to be successful, SIMPLE ➡️ WORK HARD!
Simple right? Absolutely, but no one said it would be easy, quite the opposite really!
Simple doesn't mean easy because working hard, sticking to it day after day, when you're injured, or you don't feel like it is f**king hard!
But this is how winning is done!

Don't use your children as an excuse to be mediocre. Your children should be a driving force.
Make it so that they are your reason not to fail.
This footage was taken from the third episode of The Nico Lagan Show. Nick Castiglia is being very emotional and open about how his kids are the reason why he has endured so much crap in his life. They are also the reason why he is so successful.
