PMs XIII - IT'S BACK!

Coach Stanley Tepend is eager to test the depth of Papua New Guinea Rugby League in a fixture that has traditionally served to uncover some of the country's best talents.

To quote Coach Stanley:

"We couldn't be happier to accept the challenge. We are very pleased to have this game again as it's always been an important match for Papua New Guinea, and to have it leading into the World Cup is great for our preparations.

With players out for NRL finals and QCup Finals, we still need to pick the best possible team for the PMXIII, as it will be the last match before the World Cup.

It has been unfortunate that we haven't been able to play the PMXIII match for the past few years due to the pandemic."

It's cause for celebration with the recent announcement that the PMXIII will continue and be played in 2022 at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane.

"We hope we can have this match return home next year. We will always push to give our PNG fans a chance to watch international football at home" says Coach Stanley.

Choosing a partner can be easy but to live with them, it might be difficult sometimes.

One thing girls. Your tongue is soft but it is hard enough to break a grown man into pieces.

Our tongue is the dangerous weapon that is more painful. Therefore,girls my point is, be cautious about what's coming out of your mouth. This is to prevent troubles❤️🙏🏿

And u boys!! Simple advice is this; walk away when u see that she starts to bring up a tending issues within your family. Walk away when argument arises. Later when things are cooling down ok you can take some time to solve it.

Simple actions can even prevent deaths. Just enjoy your friendships and marriage. Respect your partner. Your partner is the best thing that ever happened to you❤️🙏🏿Love them.

School Administrative Building Made Purely from Bush Materials - Using Solar & Car Batteries For Electricity

My name is Fox Kipu & I am from Ialibu-Pangia District in Southern Highlands Province.

I am currently teaching in Wallam Primary School & this is my 6 years of teaching in this remote school. This primary school is located in one of the isolated part of Ambunti-Drekikir District in East Sepik Province.

As for me, the call that I have received to come & teach in this part of the world was entirely the will of God. In 2016, I have made a decisionto leave my home province, I came & taught in Wallam Primary School. Despite the challenges I face, I have no regret whatsoever in making that decision.

I did not come only as a Teacher but as as Pastor as well. I came and established first Bible Missionary Church (BMC) in this isolated part of the world. It was the first BMC church to be established in East Sepik Province.

As seen on the pictures where I am with the Laptop, that building is one of our school administrative building purely made from bush materials. I use solar & car batteries to generate electricity to run the necessary function of the school.

I had one time published my story on Social Media about the need for basic government services in this part of the world, the basic needs for the school, our struggles & sacrifices as teachers.

That story went viral and fortunately, some concern individuals, business houses & donor agencies have contacted me and willing to assist the school. The school is yet receive their support but we are still in contact them waiting for the right time.

Also by God's Grace, that story also reached the East Sepik Provincial Government. I was asked to meet with the responsible authorities and eventually, East Sepik Provincial Government has assured the school that necessary infrastructure of the school will be built & funding will be made available to provide some other basic needs of the school. ALLAN BIRD AND SALIO WAIPO RESIGN FROM NATIONAL ALLIANCE

East Sepik Governor Allan Bird has resigned as a member of the National Alliance Party, after being removed as Party Leader.

Mr. Bird in a message to NBC News says, he chose to resign from the Party, after being removed as Party Leader after three weeks.

He says that in order to protect his integrity, he followed the Party Convention by resigning, and he will now remain as an Independent MP in Parliament.

Mr. Bird also says that he left because he no longer enjoyed the confidence from the majority of the MP's and the Party Executives.

He adds that he did his best to serve the National Alliance Party as leader for the last three weeks, but the Executives and other Party MP's did not value his leadership, that is why he had to resign.

NBC News was also reliably informed that Forest Minister and Angoram MP Salio Waipo, has also resigned from the Party.

Minister Waipo in a letter to NA Party President, Steven Pokawin, said that he resigned because of the continuous tussle over the Party Leadership position.

Governor Bird also took time to wish his successor and Namatanai MP Walter Schnaubelt, and all the Party Executives, the very best as they head into the future.
