Welcome to Weatherly is the newest full-length novel from Isaiah Michael Kirk. It is an amalgamation of Science Fiction and Horror, with echoes of Howardian Fantasy.
John Birch randomly wins the lottery and uses his winnings to build a ranch in Weatherly, New Mexico, a dusty town in the middle of nowhere. He desirers only reading, solitude, and copious amounts of coffee and ci******es. He however soon finds himself ensnared in the bloody history of Weatherly. A history that will tear apart the meaning of reality for John, and lead him to face murderous cultists, abdominal aliens and terrible powers beyond space and time.
In the novel, John is forced to make his way through the labyrinthian politics of warring factions, not knowing whom to trust. Ultimately, John discovers who he truly is and why he must either be the salvation of humanity, or its damnation. On an alien world, John will battle for all of Earth against a vampiric alien threat. While doing so, he will discover his inner self in the oddest of places, namely Weatherly itself.
