This city has tons of player owned and civilian jobs including,

- Trucker job (solo or team trucking)
- Restaurants (player owned)
- HDOT (player owned)

We have about 500 custom vehicles in the city, ranging from lifted and lowered trucks, sports cars, offroad vehicles, drift and drag cars, semis, and trailers!
