Eviction Looming AGAIN for Space Coast Rocket Blog Owner Robert Burns – Even after over $100,000 in tax dollars taken by him in the last 11 months!

Space Coast Rocket Blog owner Robert Burns has been served with ANOTHER eviction for his Rockledge home he rents.

Burns completely stopped paying his rent in April 2021, even after false filings for three PPP loans that netted him $58,386 in April and May of 2021 ($20,832 on 04/02/2021, $18,777 on 04/12/2021, and another $18,777 on 05/11/2021).

Burns then received $8,205 in August of 2021 from Brevard County for rental assistance to cover back rent, and penalties that got him out of the first eviction. April through August, you the taxpayer paying his rent.

Burns also collected 100 percent military "disability" totaling $3,548.82 a month, tax free, even though he can be seen out and about playing sports, at the gym working out, or going to BREC -Brevard Republican Executive Meetings to gain intelligence to attack Republicans on his Space Coast Rocket blog.

So in April through February 1st he has collected $39,037.02 TAX FREE just from military disability and NOT PAID A PENNY OF RENT!

Overall, through April 2021 through February 2022, Robert Burns has received $58,386 from PPP loan false filings, $8,205 from the Brevard County Rental Assistance to cover his rent from April through August 2021 and $39,037.02 from his military “disability" - TOTAL IN 11 MONTHS.... $105,628. And not paid a penny of rent to his landlord.....

BUT WAIT!!! Robert Burns wants MORE TAX DOLLARS!! His response to the recent eviction...... he WINES about BREVARD COUNTY NOT GIVING HIM MORE TAX MONEY.....

So do you think that Brevard taxpayers should give Space Coast Rocket blog owner Robert Burns MORE RENTAL ASSISTANCE after $105,628 in 11 months?????

Since the COVID Payroll Protection Program, the Department of Justice has criminally prosecuted over 50 fraudsters for ripping off both the American people and the Government. Even more, the Federal Government has announced that the whistleblowers are entitled up to 30 percent of the recovered tax dollars and their complainant information is sealed. Law Firms are now getting involved to represent whistleblowers through the recovery process.

For example, As Robert Burns filed three PPP loans that he was not qualified for, that netted him at total of $57,186, the whistleblower could be entitled up to thirty percent, or $17,155.80.

Yes, over seventeen thousand dollars!

Why wasn't Mr. Burns qualified? First, Robert indicated to the Brevard County Housing Rental assistance that he did not file taxes and only lived on his disability income. Robert then received, from this claim, an additional $8,205 from the Brevard County Government to stave off his eviction.

Also any business or person(s) engaged in lobby or political operations, such as a political campaign manager, is not eligible for ANY PPP loan. Even more, applying as a corporation and a sole proprietor are multiple filings and not allowed!

Here are the breakdown on PPP issued to Robert Burns illegally and to retain one person - HIMSELF!

1) RB3 Ventures LLC - Rockledge - $20,832 on April 02, 2021 from Capital Plus Financial LLC (Loan #5697118709)

2) Robert Burns - Rockledge - $18,177 on April 12, 2021 from Fountainhead SBF LLC (1st round) (Loan #2492458807)

3) Robert Burns - Rockledge - $18,177 on May 11, 2021 from Fountainhead SBF LLC (2nd round) (Loan #8142908906)

According to Robert Burns in sworn documents to the Brevard County Rental Assistance Program he did not receive any prior assistance, did not file taxes and only received his disability income!

Here are the documents showing the Profit and Loss Statement submitted by Robert Burns to Brevard County claiming NO PAYROLL which was required to obtain a PPP loan months prior and statement under oath he did not file taxes!

Robert Burns claimed that if Dog the Bounty Hunter finds Brian Laundrie, he was was never paying taxes again....... appears he doesn't pay taxes and only receives taxes fraudulently from every working American! Contact the SBA today to receive your whistleblower award up to $17,155.80!

As the sage heats up between the “anti-cop” Space Coast Rocket blog owner Robert Burns, we have learned that prior to the issuance of the stalking injunction, a stern warning was issued to Robert Burns by the Coastal Florida Police Benevolent Association's General Counsel. The Coastal PBA represents over twenty Law Enforcement agencies and their members.

It is already documented by many sources that Mr. Burns has a long Rap sheet and run-ins with Law Enforcement so having a neighbor who serves our community was apparently too much for him.

While some local news sources make this incident purely “political” and rush to his aid, there is nothing political about ongoing harassment of a Law Enforcement family!

Reports also claim that Brevard school board official Jennifer Jenkins was with Robert Burns as he berated the victim for over 30 minutes.
