Kidnapper/Predator: possible Hispanic, asian, or Filipino, Skinny with glasses, and not thick but scruffiesh facial hair.

*She doesn’t have a cell phone on her to trace.
She could possibly be in Texarkana, Shereveport, area but we aren’t sure just be on the look out!
