ESN DIDN'T KILL TWO BROTHERS, IGNORE POLICE PROPAGANDA- IPOB.

The family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra under the leadership of Prophet Mazi Nnamdi KANU (a prisoner of conscience) condemn the murder of the two brothers identified as Aaron Onuoha and Obinechi Samuel Onuoha in their compound at Aba, Abia State by unknown gunmen.

The gruesome murder of these brothers and the incessant killings in the Southeast are perpetrated by criminals that were unfortunately created and sponsored by politicians, DSS, and the Police to make the Biafra struggle unattractive to our people. But their agenda has failed, and that's why the Nigeria Police is quick in using the media to tag every criminality on IPOB and ESN without investigation. They hastly used their police to tag crimes on IPOB within minutes of the crime. This shows that Nigeria Police knows beforehand about the attacks.

ESN is a child of necessity, and they have no problem with our people. They are concerned with their primary assignment of dislodging fulani terrorists masquerading as herdsmen out of our bushes and forests.

The murdered brothers had no problem with ESN Operatives or IPOB. YOU can not go after innocent Biafrans to the point of killing them in cold-blood. We condemn such barbarism in our territory. Nigeria Police must beware of the murderers. In order to avoid any investigation into the murder, the police usually quickly blame it on ESN or IPOB. How can ESN commit the same crime that they are trying to eradicate by going after those perpetrating such in Biafra Land?

Nigeria government and her security agencies, especially DSS and Police have allowed their hatred against IPOB and ESN to overwhelm them and made them accuse others of the same crime they planned. Following the frustration of the Nigeria Police to quell the insecurities they created through the unknown gunmen in the Southeast to blackmail IPOB, they no longer parade their paid criminals to the media after arrest. Instead, Police extrajudicially murder their criminal allys to cover up their tracks. We challenge Nigeria Security Agencies to publicly arraign those arrested criminals. Plesse bring ESN to an open courts for legal scrutiny rather than extrajudicial executions of non IPOB members claiming that thwy are. We want the world to know the criminals and their sponsors.

The media should stop promoting the Nigeria government's propaganda and blackmail against IPOB and ESN operatives. There is not one iota of truth about what they are saying against the innocent citizens Biafra and IPOB volunteers. The only crime of IPOB members and ESN Operatives is foiling plans of turning our territory into a killing field by Fulani terrorists who are promoting the fulanization agenda in their quest of dipping Quran into the Atlantic Ocean.

ESN did not kill the two brothers in Aba. An ananimous person reported they had survived a similar attack last year from cult members. However, in the usual blackmailing nature of Nigeria's Police they rushed to the media to accuse IPOB and ESN of killing the duo even when there is no altercation between them and ESN Operatives and no evidence against IPOB.

Ivory Coast and Guinea are sending specially chartered aircraft to Tunisia in a bid to bring hundreds of their citizens home. Officials in both Conakry and Yamoussoukro expressed alarm at inflammatory comments made last week by the Tunisian President, Kais Saied. IPOB REMAINS UNINTERESTED IN THE COMING SELECTION CALLED NIGERIA ELECTION- IPOB.

The global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the command and leadership of our great leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU who is illegally detained in DSS solitary confinement once more unequivocally and publicly declare our lack of interest in the Nigeria fraudulent selection process called elections coming up in this month February, 2023.

We have stated for umpteenth time that we have nothing to do with the Nigeria elections and have neither called for a boycott nor do we have the intention to call for election boycott during this coming elections. More importantly IPOB has not called for any Sit-At-Home during the duration of the election and therefore distance ourselves from any purported sit-at-home in Biafra land during the election. Those calling for "No Election" and sit-at-home during the election period are simply Fulani agents whose sole motive is to discredit our Self Determination movement by attempting to paint it as an anti democratic forces.

Their intension is to create the ground work for the international community to view IPOB as being against democratic process and provide them with an excuse to clamp down on our activities and on IPOB Leadership. Nigeria Security Agencies have kept silent on these double agents because they are working for the Nigeria government. Let IPOB call for this sit-at-home or No Election, the entire Nigeria Security Agencies would have been ranting and threatening the entire Biafra land.

Those calling for no election or Sit-at-home during this forthcoming fraudulent elections do not represent IPOB, are not IPOB family members never were IPOB family members and are not working for Mazi Nnamdi KANU. We have continued to make this fact public and for reasons best known to the Nigerian Media and some public commentators, they have deliberately continually attributed the actions of these Nigerian politicians and Nigerian government paid infiltrators to the noble movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB WORLDWIDE.

IPOB cannot legitimise a process whose foundation is ab initio ofyourchoice. This is one of the reasons we have distance ourselves from the selection process called Nigeria elections.

Our position remains that Nigeria is an irredeemable fraudulent country, and not even your vote can change the fantastically corrupt British enterprise called Nigeria.

Our focus remains the unconditional release of our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU as the Court of Appeal has Ordered and Referendum date for Biafrans to determine their political future.

IS THE NIGERIAN SUPREME COURT CONNIVING WITH THE NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT TO CONTINUE THE ILLEGAL DETENTION OF MAZI NNAMDI KANU IN DSS DUNGEON -IPOB.

We the global movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) led by the great liberator of our time Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU are very concerned about the lack of progress in the matter before the Supreme Court of Nigeria concerning the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

The delay, neglect or refusal by the Nigerian Supreme Court for more than three months now and counting to fix a date to determine the appeal before them partaining to the Extraordinary Rendition and illegal detention of Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU raises some doubts and questions as to whether the Nigerian Supreme Court has made itself complicit and a willing tool in the hands of the Nigerian government to delay and impliedly deny justice to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

It should be recalled that the Appeal Court in Abuja had on the 13th of October 2022 discharged and acquitted Mazi Nnamdi KANU and barred the Federal Government from further prosecuting him in any court in Nigeria. Rather than obeying the Appeal Court Order, the Federal Government ran to the Supreme Court on appeal.

In what seemed to be a connivance between the Supreme Court Judges and the Federal Government of Nigeria to continue the illegal detention of Mazi Nnamdi KANU, the Supreme Court have refused to fix a date to hear the appeal before it notwithstanding the fact that a gross violation of the Fundamental Human Rights of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has taken place and continue to take place with his continued detention at the Nigerian Gestapo Secret Police the DSS. Also the deteriorating health condition of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in detention seem not to be of concern to the Supreme Court Justices in propelling them into having expedited hearing on this very case that has assumed important International dimension.

As it is today, the Federal Government of Nigeria is in contempt of its court by illegally holding MNK in the DSS solitary confinement. This abnormal and worrying attitude of the Supreme Court raises the concern that they are either in connivance with the Federal Government to keep MNK illegally detained against Appeal Court Orders or they have been intimidated by the cabals in the Executive arm of the Nigeria Government into denying justice to an innocent man.

IPOB has observed that the Nigerian judiciary being the third arm of government is not adequately and regorously exercising its Constitutional mandate in the dispensation of Justice to the common man who look up to the Judiciary as his/her last hope.

This delay in hearing the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, juxtaposed with concurrent actions on other less important cases before it such as the Old Naira Note case which the Supreme Court heard experte and heard the substantive matter a week or so later leaves the Biafran people and the discerning public with the only probable conclusion that the Nigerian Supreme Court is being controlled by forces outside of the Judiciary as an equal and Independent arm of government presupposing therefore that the Supreme Court Administrators are taking instructions from the Presidency and the political Cabals before dispensing justice.

It is instructive to note that the same Nigeria Supreme Court that is now dragging its feet in hearing the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, has presided over some cases that are now threatening the peace and security of the South Eastern Nigeria specifically, it is the Supreme Court that ignited the consuming fire of impunity, destruction of properties and livelihood of Ndi Imo, burning of Markets, insecurity od the highest order, and mass murder in Imo State through the imposition ofHope Uzodinma as a governor of Imo state. This is a man rejected by Imo voters and people at large, who came in a distant fourth position after the polls, but the Supreme Court, with their magic abracadabra made him the governor.

The Supreme Court Similarly presided over the Ahmed Lawan case in which the current Senate President who never contested in the APC primary elections, was declared an APC senatorial candidate for his constituency by the same Supreme Court Justices. Most recently the Supreme Court created a national confusion in a currency swap policy of the Central Bank of Nigeria CBN by allowing themselves to assume original jurisdiction in a matter that was supposed to go to High Court. The Supreme Court Justices have been bamboozled by an undue executive interference and possible blackmail topped up with probable corrupt inducements.

If our assertion based on what's going on with our leader's case is anything to go by, it means that the Nigeria State is in pari passu with Taliban of Afgalistan, Idi Amin of Uganda, and Hi**er of Germany where every arm of government are held hostage by tyrants in power. Gone are the days when we say that the courts are the last hope of a common man. This slogan is now history in Nigeria due to the flagrant disobedient to Court Orders by the lawless Executives and the inability of the judiciary to ensure that their orders are adhered to.

We are watching the Supreme Court of Nigeria, which incidentally is a constitutional court to redeem their battered image on the case of extraordinary rendition of Mazi Nnamdi KANU which has been filed before them. They have a choice to legalize and institutionalize extraordinary rendition, which is an international crime or put the lawless and reckless

Executive arm of government led by corrupt political cabals to order.

The men on the bench have the chance to demonstrate to the world that Nigeria is not a pariah state by promptly dispensing justice that is globally acceptable or sink Nigeria's battered image further into the pit of infermy and disrepute. The world and the international communities are watching Nigeria in the prism of a failed state.

The case of Mazi Nnamdi KANU has come to challenge the courage and independence of the judiciary, particularly the Supreme Court and, most especially, the constitutionality and foundation of Nigeria.

UPDATE ON PENDING CASES AFFECTING EZIGBO UMUCHINEKE STILL BEING HELD IN CAPTIVITY IN VARIOUS CORRECTIONAL CENTRES/DETENTION FACILITIES ACROSS NIGERIA:

Our journey towards the total freedom of all Ezigbo UmuChineke still being illegally held in captivity in various correctional centres/detention facilities of the Federal Government of Nigeria, took us to Abakaliki in Ebonyi State, once again.

Recall the faces of these innocent UmuChineke in the attached photograph. These 36 innocent young men were all discharged and acquitted by the High Court of Ebonyi State on the 27th day of September, 2022, while Ruling on our “No Case” submission, which I personally argued and adopted.

Unfortunately, the prosecution ostensibly acting on the relative weakness of their case, had pre-emptively filed another fresh and entirely different charge on the 21st day of June, 2022, three months before the Ruling was delivered, so that in the likely event that the Ruling goes in our favour, these innocent young men would be rearrested on the strength of the new indictment/charge and consequently detained.

This demonic legal trap unfortunately, availed them, though momentarily, It will be, because when these UmuChineke were eventually discharged on the 27th day of September, 2022, they were rearrested on the strength of the frivolous/empty new charge and consequently detained.

Since then, the prosecution has been on a scripted hide and seek game, relentlessly perverting the course of justice through their unethical pattern that resulted in the continued incarceration of these innocent Children of Light.

However, the prosecutor danced to a different music in court today, being the 15th day of February, 2023, because I appeared in the court unannounced, and the rest is now history. The prosecution was literally paid in his own coin after the fierce legal fireworks.

The most brilliant Ruling delivered today by His Lordship, on my application truly served the justice of the matter. It was indeed a superlative outing, and the hope for their freedom is now crystalized. We are almost at the end of the road, and I may not dwell much on the details here. Their relatives who were in court today, went home in high spirits as you can see in the attached photographs.

I shall keep you all updated on every progress in the matter as we vigorously, but legally pursue their freedom and unconditional release.

I return all the glory and adoration to the Almighty ChukwuOkike Abiama for granting me journey mercies back home.

The attention of the global movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by the indefatigable Liberator and prophet Mazi Nnamdi KANU has been drawn to the childish and fabricated lies from Nigeria Secret Police, Department of StateServices (DSS) accusing Godwin Emefele, the Central Bank of Nigeria Governor (CBN), of funding the great movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

Now the world knows why fulanized DSS was hail bent on arresting Mr. Emefele at all cost. They want to frame, arrest, and humiliate him out of CBN as they did to other south Easterners who worked for them, thinking they were friends of the fulani rulers of Nigeria but they didn't know that the Fulanis keep no friends. They should also keep in mind that they want another janjaweed to take over their fulanization agenda and continue the subjugation of the nations and people forced into this luciferian encalve called the Zoological Republic of Nigeria.

We are waiting when DSS out of confusion and desperation will accuse the mask wearer, imposter president called Buhari of funding IPOB. This divine unstoppable movement of IPOB has put the DSS and Fulani government of Nigeria in disarray. They have accused Tom, Dick,and Harry of sponsoring IPOB. We want our enemies to know that IPOB is on a divine mission, and our actions will remain mysterious to DSS until Biafra is restored.

For record sake, IPOB doesn't know the person called Godwin Emefele. Wr just know that he is the man in charge of the corrupt financial institution they call CBN. Godwin Emefele doesn't have money to finance IPOB because IPOB is bigger than him, his government entity including the DSS making such spurious idiotic and insulting allegation.

IPOB movement is being financed and sponsored by its members scattered all over the world through our free will financial support. DSS can't claim ignorance of such sources of funding of IPOB because they have the intelligence unless they want to tell the world that they are daft.

DSS as an institution has displayed yet again ignorance and stupidity by saying that Emefele uses CBN money to sponsor IPOB. IPOB Intel will soon expose DSS's secret sponsor of ISWAP, Boko Haram terrorists and bandits in the North. Moreso, DSS should not forget that they are behind the unknown gunmen activities in the Southeast. The DSS Director and his criminal agents should stop blackmailing IPOB because it wouldn't stop our push for UN supervised referendum. He who lives in a glass house should not throw stones. IPOB Intel is more sophisticated than DSS's, and time will tell.

This latest DSS false accusation against Mr. Emefele shows how clueless and uninformed they are about IPOB activities.
DSS should stop dragging themselves into the mud and stop blackmailing IPOB, or our matters will destroy them. How can an institution Iike DSS turn themselves into public deception, ridicule, and lying machine.
Emefele is working for our enemies and will not have a part with IPOB. Our leader told those Southerners who work for Nigeria that they will come back in shame. The same curse is working on Emefele now.

This DSS accusation of Emefele is the case of giving a dog a bad name so as to justify its killing. Remember, this is the same way this Fulani government through the same fulanized DSS falsely accused former CJN, Walter Onneghen from the South (Biafra) of non existing corruption, arrested him and disgracefully fired him and replaced him with the most corrupt CJN in Nigeria's history to date, Mohammed Tanko, the janjaweed Sharia Court Judge.

We understand the divide and conquer tactics and the fulanization agenda of this government. IPOB is on a divine mission, and we shall not be stopped until Biafra Nation is restored.

Man Slumps, Dies Inside Delta Bank

A bank customer has slumped and died after standing in a queue for long hours @ a Bank in Agbor, Delta State.

According to the Tribune on Friday, the yet-to-be-identified man died after waiting for hours to collect his Automated Teller Machine card at the bank in Ika South Local Government Area, Delta State.

Confirming his death, the state's Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe, said, "He was not trying to withdraw cash; he came to collect his ATM card."

The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Wednesday, granted the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, the permission to apply for an order of mandamus to compel the Department of State Service, DSS, to allow him to have unhindered access to his medical doctor.

Trial Justice Binta Nyako gave the ruling after she heard an ex-parte application the embattled IPOB leader filed through his team of lawyers led by Prof. Mike Ozekhome, SAN and Sir Ifeanyi Ejiofor.

While adjourning the matter till February 21, the court, directed Kanu’s legal team to serve all the relevant processes on both the DSS and its Director General, who were cited as 1st and 2nd Respondents in the matter.

Conflict: Nigeria plans to go to war with Cameroon for the reconquest of Bakassi, an oil-
rich area

In a message carried on January 23 that SBBC was able to authenticate with security sources, the director of territorial surveillance at the General Delegation for National Security (DGSN) alerts his collaborators in the South-West region on "Nigeria's preparations for the reconquest of the Bakassi peninsula with projections of serious attacks by Nigerian soldiers on Cameroonian territory".

For the director of the surveillance of the territory, neighboring Nigeria could try to take back the localities of Kombo Abedimo, Kombo Etindi and Idabato, "with a view to, among other things, establishing the old name of some localities in the Nigerian language". The senior intelligence official said the attacks could take place in February, "two weeks before Nigeria's presidential election scheduled for February 25."

This alert leaks on the public square at a time when tensions are multiplying on the border between Cameroon and Nigeria. A few weeks ago, the Nigerian authorities officially questioned the demarcation of the border with Cameroon.

Abuja took the case to the International Court of Justice in The Hague, particularly at "Terminal 8" in the Far North region. "In the case of terminal 8, we have always maintained that there was an error in the coordinates of this point and we asked our counterparts, our Cameroonian brothers, to help us understand as in previous cases where there had been errors in the coordinates given by the ICJ (International Court of Justice)," Adamu Adaji, the director general of Nigeria's National Border Commission, said a few months ago.

On the ground, Yaoundé and Abuja are respectively facing secessionist movements leaning against the border. Reports that SBBC has not been able to independently confirm indicate that the Cameroonian army arrested a Nigerian secessionist leader in the Bakassi Peninsula a few days ago. Princewill Chimeze Richards of the Biafran Nations League was reportedly arrested in Atabong East on 25 January.
In any case, Abuja has so far not confirmed or denied its new claims to the Bakassi peninsula.
The Bakassi War broke out in the early 90s between Cameroon and Nigeria. At that time, the Nigerian authorities claimed sovereignty over this peninsula. In Abuja, the military authorities are pushing for the forcible recovery of this part of the territory. Clashes were recorded in 1993, 1994 and 1996. Yaoundé will choose the diplomatic channel to bring the case to the International Court of Justice as a first step. It will be for The Hague to specify the course of the border made by the former colonial powers, England for Nigeria and Germany for Cameroon. It was in 2002 that The Hague rendered its verdict and confirmed Yaoundé's sovereignty over Bakassi.
In Nigeria, some have never accepted this decision.

This ex police officer by name Mr Sabastine Otti, aka Gaze, a retired police officer from Umuamadiodi Mgbala Agwa with this phone number, 08037785515 is behind the disappearance of many IPOB members in Izombe and Oguta in Imo state .

He masterminded the abduction of many IPOB members together with Ebubeagu and DSS.
To our utmost surprise many that were release from DSS custody died after some weeks or months and for this particular reason the ESN command have declared this man wanted for the all the atrocities committed against our people .
IPOB/ ESN must as a matter of urgency alert IPOB/ESN Criminal Investigation unit any where they found this retired police officer . ESN must get hold of this man within the short period of time .
He cannot go free for all those he killed .
