Exeter. After an intense career spanning the derivative trading pits of Amsterdam, Wall Street, and owning his own company at the Chicago Board of Trade, he was a self-made millionaire before the age of thirty. From there, Lawrence took a lengthy sabbatical after winning the Chicago Golden Gloves and spent the next five years as a professional MMA fighter, and a jiu-jitsu competitor, earning his black belt in 2016. At 35 years old, after being immersed in his athletic pursuits, Lawrence turned his focus on his professional reinvention in the real estate world. He is the founder of “The Dunning Team”, a real estate group based in Chicago, specializing in ground up developments and helping clients with their investment portfolios. Today, Lawrence continues to teach, train and compete in jiu-jitsu, as well as run marathons. However, his best accomplishment yet, is raising his young son, and enjoying family life with his two dogs, and adoring wife Jen in Chicago.
