Weekly up, even after a weekend of park food, and eating out basically I kept my calories under control, didn't over do it. I up my calories count to bring it to a more stable, I lost another 3 pounds, which it seems with 14 hour fasting, and keeping a calorie count of 2200, I've lost weight. Better then 4/5 pounds in a week for sure. Definitely having lose it keep track helps. To be honest I'm not full portion control ether with home-cooked meals. But just enough, I can't be proud.
Thing I noticed is my stomach area are is starting to shrink in spots.
I walked 2 major areas without feeling winded, which for the ls without feeling winded, which for the longest time was a struggle.
Im glad I said enough and chose a better life style.
