QUESTION: Should there be armor save rolls after the Move/Shoot phase? This would be followed by an armor save roll phase after the Close Combat phase?
ie. the last game sees Space Wolf Hunters run to engage some Tau. They are shot 22 times by two units of Tau as they close for the charge. Currently, they get to fight in hand to hand then all armor saves are rolled.
PROPOSAL: The Hunters above would have to roll the ranged armor hits before the combat phase takes place.

New Vanguard rules which affects all of the deployment phase which unfortunately, MAKES THE GAME START FASTER! What? Yes, the scout phase has an added twist, Vanguard units. For every 1000 points in your army, Roll a D2. That many units may be vanguard troops, IF THEY HAVE A MOVE OVER 10". While Scouts can be placed pretty much anywhere on the board, Vanguard have to be set up on the baseline of the player. This means instead of moving on in the first turn and losing one order card, they get two actions on the first turn!!!

How can a couple of guys make up this cool s**t and large game companies can't even get their points system right??? lol
