As a mother to s sensory seeker I never pass the opportunity for tight hugs as they not only help regulate her emotions and help her cope with the environment but also the bond we create is what keeps her going....
Autism is a journey... God has been faithfully.
I pray for every caregiver to autistic children may God be with you in the journey, may God grant you child milestones so that you may praise his name and celebrate life and may God provide for you.

I realize what life is all about...it's,
hanging on when your heart has had enough
giving more when you feel like giving up
I see a reflection of who I am and what will be when I look at her,

Sleeptime for an autistic child can be sometimes stressful because of their sensory need, but now it can be confused as fun and games because of activities I have to help my little one in so as to be able to calm down and sleep well, I get tips from @courtneyenglish.ot that has made it easier for me...
