To my mates out there with younger kids I've witnessed this chap past six months or so doing dodge stuff an police won't do nothing about it so I'm spreading the word as I've caught this chap smoking on cones then nodding out so I called the ambos as he was doing right infront of my house he was that out of it he didn't wake to me mowing the lawn right next to him while he was pasted out. I asked ambos to bring cops as well but they did I've witnessed personally him also walk up an down the street with his hands down his pants infront of kids while he's been in some stumbling states drives a mark x zio van plate myp86 Glenview area but could also been doing this around maeroa as there has been reports of car similar or same doing same things
