For the month of November support the men’s health campaign ‘Movember’! Movember aims to raise awareness and funds in support of men’s health, including testicular and prostate cancer, along with mental health and su***de prevention.

We’ll be sitting down to chat with some Movember campaign leaders to learn more about the importance of advocating for men’s physical and mental health, and how you can support!

Hi everyone 👋🏼 We know it’s been a while since we’ve released an episode but we are back!

This one is a bit different. Sandrine and Jasmine sit down and discuss their lives over the past year and a half and their experiences during the pandemic. We cover what we’ve learned, what we feel weve missed out on, and also what we think some long term impacts will be on young adults in years to come.

Hopefully you can relate to something in this episode. Remember that everyones experiences during this time are different, be grateful, be compassionate and be kind to those around you!

The Texas abortion ban is a direct threat to women’s rights. This is a very distressing and alarming time in US history and this ban could be incredibly harmful for all women.

This is just a post providing a brief overview of the issue and is by no means an exhaustive resource. There are plenty of resources and people who cover this topic in depth that we will share in the coming days and weeks.

Today is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
This day was originally known as Orange Shirt Day, but is now a Federal holiday after legislation passed in May of this year.
Although we have put together this post,
we will be using our space to share additional resources and information from Indigenous perspectives.
As settlers on this land, it is important for us to take today to learn, reflect, and support Residential School survivors.

The National Residential School crisis line is 1-866-925-4419 and is available 24 hours a day for those experiencing distress because of residential schools.
More resources will be posted on our stories. 🧡

The U.S border crisis is not a new issue, and one that usually attracts a lot of attention. The most recent conversation has been around the floods of Haitian migrants arriving in Del Rio, Texas.

Happy Monday everyone 💗 We’re excited to be back from our little break! After some consideration we have decided to change the structure of our platform. We will be focusing on the Instagram page and releasing more content here. For now we will be pausing blog posts and anything uploaded to our website. We also are no longer doing monthly topics and instead will be posting about whatever we find relevant at the time. This will let us stay up to date with current events and be flexible with our content!

We both think that having fewer areas to focus on and a more flexible format will allow us to release better material here for everyone. We’re going to be having more joint podcasts, informative posts and other exciting content! We already have some exciting things lined up 🤩

Thanks for sticking around and we hope you continue to enjoy this page! Remember, it’s not too cool to care 😎

Hello! We are excited to officially announce our fundraiser in collaboration with to support !!!

Guelph Box is an organization that curates monthly themed boxes filled with amazing products from small & local businesses in Guelph. 5% of the proceeds from each box purchase go towards a charity- and this month we’ve teamed up with them to create a summer themed box to have 5% of each box purchase go towards the wyndham house in Guelph.

We are excited to collaborate with them to support the campaign in July.

Our goal is to raise $500 by July 31st- which we think we can definitely achieve with your support!! If you live in the Guelph, Rockwood, Fergus, and/or Elora area, you can purchase a Guelph Box and received some amazing goodies while helping an important cause! The link to their website is in their bio on their account to order! If you don’t live in these areas, don’t worry, we will be updating our Linktree to include a donation link directly to Wyndham house!

We are back!! With some very exciting news that we couldn’t wait until the 1st to share 🎉

For the month of July our topic will be homelessness. We have been working super hard in collaboration with and to bring you a very educational, exciting and eventful month.

We want to use our platform for real change. We have decided to run a month long fundraiser with and collaborate with to create a summer box. The fundraiser will be run from July 1st-31st, more details coming soon.

This month will be filled with plenty of new and exciting things that we hope you enjoy. Stay tuned for more updates soon😊

Because June is Pride Month, we’re briefly highlighting the connection of mental health to Pride. The LGBTQIA+ community can be adversely impacted by mental health, and therefore it is important to reiterate that there is no ‘right way’ to celebrate Pride, and there should be no pressures either. Here is a brief overview of this connection, along with some resources and sources to reach out or learn more. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

This new podcast episode is a deep one. We cover the current genocide that is happening in Palestine. It is not a conflict, it is a genocide, and we break down why that’s what it is. This episode is so powerful and contains some sensitive topics but also communicates the struggles of the Palestinian people.

We chose to cover this topic because the purpose of this platform is to bring attention to current events happening in the world - and this is exactly what we’re doing here.
