Did you know that you don't have to be 62+ to retire?? When we found that out we were blown away!!
Retirement is something that anyone can achieve at any age IF they're willing to sacrifice for it!
To retire, all you have to do is make more money from what you OWN (real estate, vending machine business, stocks, etc) to have them cover the total cost of your EXPENSES.
If you can do that, you can retire today! And the earlier you retire, the earlier you can work on the things in your life that truly matter to YOU!
Time is the only resource that we cannot get back! Why wait until the end of your life start making the most of it?
Listening👂🏾 is just as big in communication as talking is! So many people listen to respond instead of listening to understand.
It's not your job to be relatable.
Sometimes, the BEST thing you can do is to listen quietly and intently. The best listeners:
👉🏾Keep consistent eye contact!
👉🏾Don't make the conversation about themselves!
👉🏾Don't give their opinions unnecessarily!
👉🏾Ask questions instead of making statements!
👉🏾Know that everything does not require a solution!
Listening is not hard.....but it's not easy either. When you listen to others, and I mean ACTIVELY listen, you're showing that you care💛
Make sure someone knows you care about them today!
One of of the most important things that we can get in our lives is EXPOSURE!
Exposure beyond what we know allows us:

➤Dream bigger

So many people hold on the IDEA of wanting to do better that they don't actually TAKE ACTION to be better!!
Think about it.
You probably know somebody or have been in a situation yourself where you had the resources to act but didn't for whatever reason.
And while you might not have lost anything...

When wealth-building, it's important to remember that it's better to have a rainy-day fund and not need it, than to need one and not have it.
Build your foundation first! There will always be another play to get!!
Here are some common Rules of Thumbs you can use to start improving today:
👉🏾Keep a budget sheet that outlines all your fixed and variable expenses
👉🏾Have 3-6 months worth of NECESSARY EXPENSES put away
👉🏾If you're new to budgeting, start with the 50/30/20 method
👉🏾Look for ways that you can use your strengths to earn extra income
👉🏾Use extra money to pad your savings or pay down debt
👉🏾Focus on getting rid of consumer debt BEFORE going all in on investing
👉🏾Create a plan for yourself and stick to it!! Consistent effort is 🔑
By giving into your Fear of Missing Out, or "FOMO", you risk letting your focus of the 'now' take away from the bigger picture!
Anything or anyone that is supposed to be there will still be there once you get situated!

This choice is completely up to you!
However, if you're serious about beating your maze and succeeding in your personal wealth-building journey, it's important to approach your problems in life with a positive mindset!
By doing so, you will overcome the initial fear that comes with leveling up! And what's even better...you'll stop letting your problems keep you from living the life you deserve.
Without problems and solutions, people would not find their purpose, create achievements, or have any reason to measure progress!!
