Many of you can relate to my journey. I dreamed of becoming the woman I envisioned, but working a 9-5 left me drained & unfulfilled. Financial stability is great, but what good is it if you don’t have time to enjoy life?
As a fashionable social butterfly, it was disheartening to see my beautiful dresses hidden away while I rotated through the same corporate outfits & was too busy with work for my social life. I knew I deserved more and wanted a change—fast.
Instead of settling, I made a plan to transform my life from an exhausted working mother to a woman living a softer, luxurious life.

I’m learning that people will desire, admire, and congratulate your success, until you’re start sharing the mindset shift it required in order for you to get there.

The top 1% don’t just have money. They have the discipline, the routine, AND THE MINDSET needed too.

I know how hard it is to take FULL accountability, to shift from a victim mentality, and to take control of your life instead of being on autopilot. I was the victim my ENTIRE 20’s, but eventually I looked in that mirror. It was one of the most gut-wrenching and difficult things I had ever done, but IT WAS NEEDED.

I’m one of the sweetest people I know and despite how I may come off at times I do give grace, the same way in which I needed it.

But more than anything, I NEEDED THE REAL. You will not coddle me into mediocrity.

Starting A Side Hustle with Little Time

1. Begin to build your personal brand. This will serve as your foundation. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel. What are you already known for? What do you already have experience doing?
2. Your network is your net worth. Dedicate 30 - 60 mins a day networking online and in person when possible to not only highlight what you offer but also build connections with others.
3. Create a schedule. Your time is already limited. Create a focused strategic plan to ensure you are maximizing your time. When you are doing what you love time can fly so it’s important to make sure you are managing your time wisely.
4. Set SMART goals. (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound) Having SMART goals help to ensure you are staying on track and hitting milestones to help progress your goals.
Decide what you want to achieve and how much time you are allowing yourself to reach your goal.
5. Maintain focus. 80% of your results will be produced by 20% of your actions. Decide what tasks are most important in your day and focus on them.
