New interview with @mediumscollective out now. Mediums collective is a Seattle Streetwear brand that has recently been getting into events. They collabed with @marshalllawband for Fremont Fridays, had a yacht event where artists performed and more. I was pretty blunt with my questions towards them. In my opinion Seattle doesn't really scream "Streetwear". So I wanted to understand how Streetwear brands can survive in a tech city, demographics, ect. I hope this episode helps other brands and people who are interested in starting brands, hear a different perspective that helps them grow.

New interview with @samuraidel out now! Alex is a producer/ artist out of Seattle. I first heard of him back in 2019 when I interviewed @laureli.o and @mosesraywalker_personal. Good times... It's cool to finally have him on the podcast after knowing about him for over 2 years! I learned a ton about him, for example, the reason for "Samurai" being in his name is because he used to watch the Samurai Jack TV show😂 It was a fun conversation and I'm excited for people to check it out! Also, I just released 5 interviews in a row this week👀
New interview with @jangolives out now. Jango returns to the podcast to promote his new water brand, Jang Water... Unfortunately since the recording of this episode, it was shelved before hitting stores. Either way go check out the episode!

New interview with @collegeradiopnw out now! College Radio is a Pop-Punk band out of Seattle. They were recommended to me by @prettyawkwardband so thank you for connection! Funny enough, I actually sat in on their interview with @raisedonrhythm before even having the band on the NAST Podcast. I had a great time talking with them and I'm excited to continue to dive more into bands!

New interview with @raisedonrhythm out now. Nate Louis is a drummer for @peyote_ugly and @bladepalace. We recently connected after I started producing his podcast "Raised on Rhythm". His podcast focuses on interviewing bands in Seattle, which is a community I'm starting to tap into. I learned a lot about bands during the interview and was able to understand Nate on a deeper level. He has a very interesting story and he is very knowledgeable in music. Definitely check out the interview as well as his podcast. AND WISH HIM HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎉🎉🎉

Annndddd we're back... AGAIN. For the 5th episode of the BBC Podcast with @blakenast and @emotion_isnt_weakness. This episode is less of a conspiracy and more of a prediction. We explain our thoughts on Pop Punk making a comeback. We realize that the genre itself is still around, but it definitely isn't in the forefront, for NOW. Bryan and I break down examples of Pop Punk elements in new music releasing from artists such as @oliviarodrigo @kanyewest and @justinbieber . The music industry is ever evolving and Pop Punk is coming back into the spotlight.
New interview with @fluencie_ out now. Alex aka Fluencie is an edm producer/artist out of Seattle. If it wasn't for Fluencie I wouldn't have made as smooth of a transition into interviewing/ connecting with more Pop artists. He organized the Pop Retreat that I went to and I am forever grateful for that. This interview is 2 hours long and one of my favorites! We touched on music, but honestly we focused more on life and everything that is going in the world currently. I learned a ton about him. Its cool that he does Rock Climbing and Parkour! Definitely check out this episode as well as his music!

New interview with @jaeskeese out now. Jae Skeese was the first artist signed to @whoisconway Drumworks Music Group record label. He is set to go on tour with Conway in the next week or so, they stop in Seattle on October 17th! He is out of Buffalo, NY and it was cool to hear him talk about the music scene. Buffalo has some very talented artists! We also talked about art for awhile. Not only does Jae Skeese rap, he always paints and has a clothing line! This is definitely an artist to be on the lookout for!

New interview with @legendarykoolrockski and @kokane_brand dropping tomorrow at 10am. Its very exciting to get two of Hip-Hop's pillars on the podcast AT THE SAME TIME. Kool Rock Ski is a member of one of the first hiphop groups, The Fat Boys, from back in the 80's! Kokane, a previous guest on the podcast, is associated with NWA and part of the Dogg Pound. I interviewed Kokane when my podcast was still "HHHNAST", so its full a circle moment for me to have him back on. Kool Rock and Kokane just dropped a single together called, Hush, which is available on all platforms. Its important to give the legends that are still alive, their flowers. Definitely check this one out!

New interview with @_boathouse out now! I first heard about BoatHouse when he released the Boathouse x @closedsessions project "Our Latest Compilation" in early 2020. The project featured artists such as @d.aveb. The next time his name was brought to my attention, was when he produced @mothernaturebarz project, SZNZ. It was very cool for me to finally talk to him after being a fan of his projects. I definitely see us working on something in the future!
