If you are a Mochi lover then you would want to check this out 😉 Mochi Ice cream has become so popular lately that everywhere you go it’s sold out so I decided to make my own. I mean ofc it’s easier to buy and just eat it but when you can’t find it anywhere making your own is way better than waiting, at least for me 😀

I made Chicken Patties with homemade puff pastry dough. I tried to recreate Nepal's Chicken Patties from the bakeries. I have fond memories of eating them and miss it very much so here's my version.
