LUXURY HOME IN IVORY COAST, WEST AFRICA
Wow this is a house in Abijan, Ivory Coast (Africa). This young lady designed a TV/Mirror in her house to be in the bathroom and bedroom at the same time, simple innovation but very creative. Also look at her outdoor shower. Imagine the coast of this house is less than a low income house in SKN! The amount of money people pay just to survive in ordinary conditions in SKN they could be living like Kings and Queens in Africa with that same money.
Abijan, Ivory Coast is 3905 miles away from St Kitts and Nevis while Britain is 4,042 miles away from SKN. So Ivory Coast is nearer to SKN. There are millions of young Africans living in luxury in Africa, do not let the lies from the Western Media continue to fool you, do your own research on YouTube and online.

Congratulations to The Black Stars of Africa, Ghana🇬🇭🇬🇭
Barbados PM in KZN South Africa
Barbados Prime Minister Mia Mottley is making the rounds in Africa, from Egypt, she then went to Rwanda, then this weekend she was in South Africa as the keynote speaker for Nelson Mandela 20th Annual Lecturer series. She then did a tour and had a press conference with the Premier of KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) province of South Africa.
KZN province is 36,433 square miles with a population of 12 million people. There are 9 provinces in South Africa and each has a local government with a Premier. Then there is an overall federal government with a president and national parliament.
The point though, is that PM Mia Mottley is in Africa and they are loving her. This is exactly what I have been asking for, other Caribbean leaders need to follow so that we can get the worldwide recognition we deserve.
Development in South Africa!
Wow this new $73.4 million Oceans Mall in Umhlanga, South Africa🇿🇦 will open on November 15, 2022. It will create 500 jobs, 2,000 indirect jobs and has 120 stores. It's part of the $242.8 million mixed-use Oceans Development which contains 3 luxury residential towers and a hotel. Umhlanga is a small town, not even a major city in South Africa. There are around 2000 luxury shopping malls in South Africa, with 7 currently under construction. This is amazing development!

Yesterday The Pearl of Africa, Uganda🇺🇬 defeated the world's number one Australia in the #Fast5WorldSeries in New Zealand. Uganda 32 - Australia 30. From music to sports, the Africans can't stop dancing!
Nomcebo Zikode Foundation Jerusalema Singer Visits The Bahamas
Wow the world famous Jerusalema singer from South Africa🇿🇦, Nomcebo Zikode visited a poor community in The Bahamas 🇧🇸 yesterday to use her foundation to donate to the community. From Burna Boy to Nomcebo, the Africans are bringing the vibes to the Caribbean!
Beautiful City of Harare, Zimbabwe
Wow this is the capital city of Harare in the Republic of Zimbabwe🇿🇼 Africa. This is an extraordinary accomplishment by Zimbabwe as the country continue to be under American and European sanctions for almost 20 years. Zimbabwe people voted for the first time ever in 1980, before that they where ruled by an illegal minority white government until that government was overthrown by the people. Zimbabwe is known as the "Jewel of Africa" for its great prosperity during the early years of Robert Mugabe. I continue to be so proud of mother Africa. Zim Zim the Great🇿🇼🇿🇼

Dr Janice Daniel Hodge spoke on clause 110 & $400 million dollars
NRP leader Dr. Janice Daniel-Hodge spoke about clause 110 in SKN constitution as it relates to revenue sharing and fair share.
Dr Daniel Hodge also revealed that even though Nevis received over $400 million since 2015, the CCM government still cannot finish a single project on the island.
PM Harris Explains Nevis Fair Share Arrangement
Prime Minister Timothy Harris explains that it is the federal government who pays for all STEP workers, PAP, Peace, Income Support and other programs in Nevis even though those programs are being managed and controlled by the Nevis Island Administration.
The PM revealed that it was former premier Amory who agreed on Nevis fair share, however that amount of money has been increased, which totals over $400 million dollars given to Nevis so far.
Charlestown Accord Unlawful says Ambassador Ian Patches Liburd
Ambassador Ian Patches Liburd explains why the Premier of Nevis 'Charlestown Accord' is unlawful and can only be implemented by cabinet or parliament. In addition, any extra monies not budgeted for, given to Nevis, should be approved by cabinet or parliament. The Prime Minister has confirmed that the 'Charlestown Accord' was never presented to cabinet.
Dr Janice Daniel Hodge Addressed Charlestown Accord
NRP leader Dr Janice Daniel Hodge addressed the 'Charlestown Accord' matter and how it was used for politics to win an election in 2015, 2020 and is now being used again for politics to gain sympathy support on the eve of another Nevis local election.
Dr Daniel Hodge also made the point that if fair share was so important then why is the premier, in his position, not carrying out fair share in Nevis with all Nevisians? With a number of incomplete projects still in Nevis after years of construction, what exactly has been done with the millions received from the federal government?
The Prime Minister has confirmed that there was never any fair share agreement brought to the federal cabinet to be discussed and passed by cabinet. So is this just another game used to manipulate the people of Nevis just before an election? These are all questions yet to be answered.
Nevis gets more than its fair share
Prime Minister Timothy Harris confirmed today that both Premiers of Nevis knows that under Team Unity Nevis has been getting more than its fair share.
PM Harris explained that the federal government pays $45 million yearly for Nevis budgetary support, pays all STEP workers salaries in Nevis, pays Poverty Alleviation Program in Nevis, pays all Nevis police and fire services salaries and other cost, assistance with payment of Nevis civil servants, payment of pharmaceutical supplies on Nevis and all stimulus packages in Nevis.
PM Harris also explained that Nevis does not assist with the cost of managing the Citizen By Investment Program or other federal government programs Nevis is benefiting from, as all monies that is made in Nevis, stays in Nevis.
The PM concludes that the fair share arrangement is unfair and requires expert advice to see how we can make it fair for both the island of St Kitts and the island of Nevis.

Today at the press conference I asked the premier if he takes full responsibility for the 19 Nevisian deaths since 2013 as a result of kidney failure due to his refusal to install the dialysis machines that was left by the outgoing NRP led NIA. The premier said NRP did not leave anything in place. Well today Jaedee Caines revealed on VON Radio that the premier in fact lied.
