Port Orchard is responding to a call from staff at the medical offices off South Kitsap Blvd near Tremont St. The caller is stating that someone is getting aggressive with staff. Not physical at this time.

Update: this call was cleared without incident. A good reminder (even though this wasn’t physical): assaulting a healthcare worker is an automatic bump up to a felony in Washington and many other states.

WSP and fire are responding to a semi-truck vs passenger vehicle accident on Highway 16 in Gorst. Unknown direction of travel and extent of injuries at this time.

Update: There are injuries involved. All eastbound lanes of Highway 16 in Gorst are blocked. WSP is advising that if you can delay your travel through this area, you should.

Bremerton units are fighting with a subject near the Arnold’s Furniture off Kitsap Way. Additional units have been requested to respond priority.

Update: members of the public are calling 911 and requesting that other law enforcement get to the scene faster, the fight is ongoing.

Update: units on scene are requesting aid for an evaluation of the subject. It appears that they have him in custody. Incoming units are slowing.

Update: it appears that a female called and reported that her boyfriend had been shot. She also advised that a gold Chevy S-10 was seen leaving the scene.

Multiple agencies are en route code to a physical disturbance in the area of 1100 Callahan Dr. Up to eight people are fighting after someone was thrown from an upper floor balcony.

21:33-units still en route have been asked to step it up (arrive faster). Multiple subjects appear poised to fight with police.

21:39-officers on scene are still requesting additional units.

Bremerton is responding to reports that two vehicles are ramming each other on 11th near Park. The caller is stating that a Jeep and a F-150 are ramming each other repeatedly. Units are searching the area.

02:38, units searching the area are getting reports from witnesses that the two vehicles are still speeding around in the vicinity of the original call.

02:42, County is being advised that the incident may carryover out of city limits.

02:45, Bremerton located the vehicles westbound on 11th to Warren. Units are attempting to stop the vehicles.

02:48, this appears to be a stolen vehicle that was being followed by its owner when a confrontation ensued.

02:54, the occupants of the F-150 were attempting to recover the Jeep which was stolen out of Tacoma on 1/25.

02:58, it appears that they have a suspect in the original theft.

Update: the suspect with the machete may have fled the area towards Port Orchard in a blue Ford F-150 that was stolen just after the assault.

Update: the suspect is described as a white male, in a white sleeveless sweater, carrying a machete. If seen, DO NOT approach, call 9-1-1.

Correction: Port Orchard, County, and WSP are on a priority call and are searching for a suspect in a violent assault in the area of Chanting Circle SW. Anyone in the area should use caution.
