💜I’ll be making a comeback with Bomb Party this month, can’t wait to see you all!

💙We are having a boy! Baby Kunce due August 5th, 2022. That’s two days after Joey’s birthday, and they said the growth due date is his bday - August 3rd! I’m already four months, so you can imagine how hard it was to keep this a secret! I’ve known since the week prior to Thanksgiving.

💙I go live on Facebook for the boutique weekly, and I almost slipped up a few times! I don’t usually show until closer to 5/6 months, so it was easier to hide! Never any pregnancy symptoms, all is well! Kai is so thrilled to finally have a baby brother, even though there will a large gap in age. Scarlett will be a big sister, too! Hopefully we can handle it all💙

I bought Joey a car! And one for me, too! We have been a 1 car family for many years, on and off... Not anymore! This happened 2 months ago and I’ve been dying to tell y’all! Mine is the 1st picture, and his is the 2nd. Story time - part 1!

Joey saw a car and fell in love with it but had no clue that my intention was to try and get us BOTH a car. The dealership had a shortage of vehicles, so I picked one out that was good enough for me. It was a 2021 BMW 5 series. The finance manager came back with good news! Not only could I get a new car, but I could get one for Joey as well! So, I did! Joey still didn’t know my plan, but to add a kick, I told him some guy bought the one he wanted and signed for both cars without him knowing😉 I had to keep it a secret for an entire night! But I did...

The next day when we went to get “my” car. He was excited for me but a little bummed that the one he wanted was gone... He never expected anything though. Joey hasn’t had the best luck with vehicles so this was a HUGE deal.

I was more excited/nervous for Joey than for me! I was also excited that for the first time in my life, I got to pick a car out instead getting talked into one by a crummy dealer, and it was my first new car EVER (not used)! It was also the first time that I could put down two very large deposits for the cars and have an extremely low interest rate! It takes more than just money though. I have never seen Joey shine so bright!

Kai was our biggest fan that day! My kids are the light of my life and I only want to set a good example for them. I don’t spoil myself often, and Joey had to pretty much talk me into getting a new car, but I’m glad he did! No one deserved this more than Joey. I cried on the way home because never in a million years did I imagine myself in this very blessed position. It was so hard for me to fully take it in and tell myself that I deserved this, I was very emotional. I owe a large piece of this to my amazing supporters that I consider my friends, as I wouldn’t be here without you believing in me and my Boutique business, as well as a huge thanks to ! I am forever grateful 💜 Part 2 to come..

💜 We are only renting... with an option to purchase.. Our “finding a home” journey: We have moved 7 times in the last 7 years! Although we have always lived in really nice places, we have never rented a house! The current market is terrible - not only to rent, but to purchase. As you all know, I found a home-buying/renting program that is perfect for people in my situation. We are ready to buy, but because I opened two businesses that are not yet 2 years old, it’s not my time to purchase. We got approved into the program immediately - that was the easy part! For the last 2 1/2 weeks, we have been touring homes to find the perfect home to rent/possibly purchase.

We have the option to purchase it during the lease if we decide to. If we end up not wanting to purchase the home after we rent it, we still have a realtor in the program that can help us pick out our perfect home. I don’t think this will be our forever home, but a great place to make memories, as well as it would make a beautiful investment property for some of my future plans! The rent is a small fortune - all the more reason to work even harder!

It is taking a long for us to move in because the program is purchasing the home from the owner, so they are treating it as if we are purchasing it, even though we are just renting it for now. I know it sounds complicated, but basically we have up to another month before we are able to move in. Property inspections will be done, paperwork, etc.

We decided that instead of trying to find a short term rental or extending our lease at our current place, that we would take this time to bond in close quarters and travel! We have gotten so many things done it’s unbelievable! We have stories for days with this adventure, and I wouldn’t change a minute of it! My days are filled with both chaos and love! We are at our third hotel after 2 1/2 weeks, and we plan to head to Vegas and a few more places before it is time to move in.

I can’t believe after over 10 years of renting, we are finally going to have a backyard! I definitely have so many plans for it, and it could use some landscaping for sure! Thank you to everyone who has checked in on me and the family - we love you all!🥰
