Happy family day!

Family can mean so many different things: friends, community or just the place you feel at hone with yourself. As a very independent person, it can be hard to accept that we need each other. We cannot bypass the need for community. As Christopher McCandles found “happiness is only real when shared.”

REJECTION IS PROTECTION ✨⚖️⚠️

I first heard this brilliant phrase from . After a year (or two) of all of the things that didn’t work out, the cancelled plans, the disappointments, the let-downs, we need to remember that rejection is protection. How many of the things that didn’t work out turn out to be a way to avoid catastrophe? It’s hard to feel like something you thought you wanted isn’t meant for you … and then you realize it’s an absolute blessing.

We love feeling empowered and we hope you are inspired by the podcast to take control of the things you can (including your finances) and be grateful for the opportunities you missed. 🤍

Yes, another quote by our favourite Anais Nin (fun fact: since no one would publish a woman, she self published many of her own works). Nature reminds us it is really all about timing, wait too long and you may miss the moment.

When to save, when to spend, when to invest; it’s all a growth and harvest cycle. Since money is energy, we believe it’s part of that cycle and when spent (not foolishly) it can come back in many forms. This concept was beautifully articulated by real estate investor, Kyle Guthro in the Season 2 finale.
