How to Make “The Best Chicken Ever” Hands Down, No Lie
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breats
1 packet ranch dressing mix
¾ Cups Panko bread crumbs
¾ Cups Parmesan cheese
½ Cups Melted smart balance spread
Or your choice of butter product
1 Greased baking dish( or 2)
2 medium bowls
Instructions:
Supplies. In a medium bowl, mix ranch packet, bread crumbs & Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
Preheat oven to 350.
Clean & rinse chicken. Cut each piece in half, the long way.
Use a paper towel to pat chicken dry.
Melt smart balance spread ( or butter) in medium microwave bowl.
Dip each piece of chicken into melted butter. Cover both sides.
Then press each side of the chicken into the breading mix.
Place in greased baking pan. Do this for each piece. I lined my baking dish with foil, which I sprayed with Pam to keep the chicken from sticking. And for easy clean up!
I had lots of mix left over so I sprinkled the rest all over the top of the chicken. I also melted a little more smart balance & drizzled it over each piece.
Now kick your feet up ( or clean up the mess you made) & let the chicken cook for 45 minutes. WARNING: the kitchen is starting to smell real good!!!
The finished dish! I was so excited to taste this best chicken ever that you can see where I cut a piece in the bottom left hand corner!!

Juicy Roasted Chicken
Ingredients
1 (3 pound) whole chicken, giblets removed
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon onion powder, or to taste
½ cup margarine, divided
1 stalk celery, leaves removed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken in a roasting pan, and season generously inside and out with salt and pepper. Sprinkle inside and out with onion powder. Place 3 tablespoons margarine in the chicken cavity. Arrange dollops of the remaining margarine around the chicken's exterior. Cut the celery into 3 or 4 pieces, and place in the chicken cavity.
Bake chicken uncovered in the preheated oven until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh, near the bone, should read 180 degrees F (82 degrees C). Remove from heat and baste with melted margarine and drippings. Cover with aluminum foil and allow to rest about 30 minutes before serving.

1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons cornstarch
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups water
2 lemons, juiced and zested
2 tablespoons butter
4 egg yolks, beaten
1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
4 egg whites
6 tablespoons white sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
To Make Lemon Filling: In a medium saucepan, whisk together 1 cup sugar, flour, cornstarch, and salt. Stir in water, lemon juice and lemon zest. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a boil. Stir in butter. Place egg yolks in a small bowl and gradually whisk in 1/2 cup of hot sugar mixture. Whisk egg yolk mixture back into remaining sugar mixture. Bring to a boil and continue to cook while stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat. Pour filling into baked pastry shell.
To Make Meringue: In a large glass or metal bowl, whip egg whites until foamy. Add sugar gradually, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form. Spread meringue over pie, sealing the edges at the crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until meringue is golden brown.

PANERA'S BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 medium chopped onion
1/4 cup flour
2 cups half-and-half cream
2 cups chicken stock or broth
1/2 lb broccoli, (about 3 cups), chopped into bite size pieces
1 cup carrot, , julienned (can buy matchstick carrots in produce section)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, (optional but brings out the flavor)
8 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese, (2 cups)
salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt the 1/4 cup butter and sautee the onions in it until soft. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
Whisk in the half & half and chicken stock.
Add the broccoli and carrots. Cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes or until the broccoli and carrots are tender.
Add salt and pepper. You can leave the soup chunky or blend about 1 cup of the soup and stir it in for a smoother soup (that's what I do). Return to low heat and add the cheese. If your heat is too high your soup can get grainy. Stir in the nutmeg if desired.
Serve with crusty bread.

1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
½ cup butter, sliced - divided
1 (8 ounce) container cottage cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Transfer to a bowl and mix spaghetti sauce into ground beef.
Place half the slices of butter into the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Spread half the spaghetti into the dish. Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream together in a bowl; spread mixture over spaghetti. Layer remaining spaghetti over creamy mixture. Top with remaining pats of butter.
Pour ground beef mixture over spaghetti and spread to cover casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Spread Cheddar cheese over casserole and continue baking until cheese has melted and is lightly browned, about 15 more minutes.

Nonstick cooking spray or butter, for the baking dish
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 medium head broccoli, cut into small florets
2 cups cooked white rice
One 10-ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
10 ounces Cheddar, grated (about 2 1/2 cups)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-by-13-by-2-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or butter.
Place the chicken in a large pot with water to cover. Add some salt, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a low simmer and cook the chicken until tender, about 45 minutes. Drain the chicken, cover, and refrigerate until cool, or up to 24 hours. Shred.
Meanwhile, bring a medium pot of generously salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets, and boil until crisp-tender, 2 to 3 minutes.
Spread the rice in an even layer in the baking dish. Make a second layer with the broccoli. In a large bowl, mix the chicken soup, the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, shredded chicken, half the Cheddar and some salt and pepper. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Cook and stir the garlic, onion, celery, and carrots in butter until tender. Mix in the flour, sugar, salt, 1 teaspoon dried basil, and pepper. Stir in broth, and bring to a boil. Stirring constantly, boil 1 minute, reduce heat, and stir in peas. Simmer 5 minutes, then mix in chicken. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the baking mix and 2 teaspoons dried basil. Stir in milk to form a dough. Divide the dough into 6 to 8 balls. On floured wax paper, use the palm of your hand to flatten each ball of dough into a circular shape; place on top of chicken mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cover with foil, and bake for 10 more minutes. To serve, spoon chicken mixture over biscuits.

CREAMY GARLIC SHRIMP
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound (500 grams) shrimp, tails on or off
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup dry white wine* or chicken broth
1 1/2 cups reduced fat cream**
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
Heat oil a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side, until just cooked through and pink. Transfer to a bowl; set aside.
Melt the butter in the same skillet. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour in the white wine or broth; allow to reduce to half while scraping any bits off of the bottom of the pan.
Reduce heat to low-medium heat, add the cream and bring to a gentle simmer, while stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
Add the parmesan cheese and allow sauce to gently simmer for a further minute or so until the cheese melts and sauce thickens.
Add the shrimp back into the pan, sprinkle with parsley. Taste test sauce and adjust salt and pepper, if needed.
Serve over pasta, rice or steamed veg.

In a saucepan, mix Coca Cola, oil, butter and cocoa and bring to a boil. In another bowl, combine the sugar, flour and salt. Pour the boiling Cola mixture over the flour mixture and beat well. Add the eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla and beat well. Pour mixture into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees or 20 to 25 minutes. Remove pan. Cool for about 10 minutes before frosting.

2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
2 15 oz cans petite diced tomatoes
3 cups beef broth
3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp seasoned salt
2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
3 bay leaves
2 cups macaroni noodles, uncooked
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Add olive oil to large pot over medium-high heat. Add in the onion, bell pepper and ground beef then cook until beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat and return pot to stove top. Add in garlic and stir until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Pour in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, bay leaves and dried macaroni noodles. Stir and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to a light boil and stir occasionally until the pasta is tender, about 20 minutes.
Remove the bay leaves and stir in the cheddar cheese just before serving. Enjoy!

Homemade Cornbread ♥ Don't Lose This Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup neutral oil or melted butter
1 large egg
1 cup milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Grease a 9-inch round cake pan or cast iron skillet well and set aside. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a medium mixing bowl, add the flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Whisk to combine well.
Make a well in the center of your dry ingredients and add your oil or butter, milk, and egg. Stir just until the mixture comes together and there are only a few lumps remaining.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is a deep golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Sweet Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken
Ingredients:
2 lbs of cut up chicken tenderloins
1/3 C soy sauce
1/2 C brown sugar
1 C pineapple juice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, pour into a crockpot and cook for 6-8 hours on LOW. A thick sticky, tangy-sweet coating will form on the chicken.
Great when served with white or brown rice.

Taco Stuffed Shells
Ingredients
12 ounces jumbo pasta shells
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
2/3 cup water
1 1/2 cups jarred salsa divided
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the pasta shells in a pot according to the directions on the box and drain.
Add the ground beef to the pot and brown well.
Drain the fat.
Add the taco seasoning and water, stir and cook until water is gone.
Stir in 1 cup salsa and 3/4 cup cheese.
Scoop into the jumbo pasta shells and top with the remaining salsa and cheese.
Bake in a covered pan for 15 minutes.

Taco Pizza - Don't Lose This
Ingredients
1 (12-16 ounce) pizza dough (depending on if you want thick or thin crust)
1 lb ground beef
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
1/4 cup salsa
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)
sliced olives (about 1/4 cup)
Toppings: diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, and sour cream
Instructions
Let pizza dough rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes.

While dough is resting, brown beef in a skillet. Add the taco seasoning, add water called for on the package, and cook according to the package instructions. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Press the or roll the dough onto a 12-inch pizza pan or larger pan (see note).

Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven.

In a small bowl, stir together the refried beans and salsa. Spread a thin layer onto the pizza crust. If you are using a 12-inch pan you might not need all of it. If you're using a larger pizza pan or a 9x13 pan you will use all of it.

Sprinkle with the taco meat, cheese, and olives. Bake for about 5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. Remove from the oven and top with tomatoes and green onions. You can add sour cream to the center or let everyone top their own.

1 pound crawfish tail meat, peeled, cleaned and deveined

3/4 cup chopped and drained ripe tomatoes
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
3/4 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 loaf French bread
Directions :
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Rinse the crawfish. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for a few minutes. Add the tomatoes, Cajun seasoning and crawfish. Saute for 1 minute. Remove from the heat.
In a bowl, mix together the cheeses, mayonnaise and parsley. Add the tomato and crawfish mixture to the mayo mixture.
Cut the loaf of bread in half and then cut the bread lengthwise. Spoon the mixture on the bread and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Then broil for an additional 3 to 5 minutes. Watch closely, as not to burn. Cut the bread into individual portions.

for 25 cookies
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup sugar

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar, and egg.
Scoop out a spoonful of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the cookie balls onto a nonstick baking sheet.
For extra decoration and to make them cook more evenly, flatten the cookie balls by pressing a fork down on top of them, then press it down again at a 90º angle to make a criss-cross pattern.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the bottom of the cookies are golden brown.
Remove from baking sheet and cool.

AMISH APPLE FRITTER RECIPE - OMG😱 DON'T LOSE THIS😋
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 1/2 cups peeled, cored and chopped Granny Smith or Gravenstein apples
Vegetable oil for deep-frying (enough to come halfway up sides of pan or skillet)
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
3 to 4 teaspoon warm water (thin enough to make the glaze "paintable")
PREPARATION
In a large bowl (or the bowl to a stand mixer), cream the sugar and eggs for 1 to 2 minutes with a mixer.
Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and milk to the same bowl. Mix these ingredients well.
In a separate bowl, mix the chopped apples with the lemon juice. Using a spoon, add the apple mixture to the batter and stir well, to combine.
Heat vegetable oil to 375°F (use a deep-fry thermometer or use an electric skillet with a temperature control). It is very important to make sure the temperature is hot enough to fry the fritters correctly.
Once the oil is at 375°F, scoop out really large tablespoonfuls of the fritter batter (as big as you can get 'em!) and carefully and gently slide the fritter into the hot oil.
When they get to a true golden brown color, carefully turn the fritters over to the other side (I used two spoons to carefully flip them) and continue cooking. (This should take approximately 2 to 3 minutes on each side).
When the fritters become brown on both sides (you might have to flip them over again to make sure both sides are brown), then you know they will be ready and cooked through.
Using a slotted spoon, remove the fritters, one at a time, to a paper-towel lined plate to drain and cool.
To make a glaze for the tops of the fritters, mix together the powdered sugar, vanilla and water in a small bowl until you have a nice "paintable" glaze.
Using a pastry brush, brush this glaze over the entire top of the fritter. Let glaze harden slightly, turn it over and "paint" the glaze on the bottom. Place glazed fritters on wire rack; let glaze harden, then serve.

28 ounce can crushed tomatoes do not drain
15 ounce can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
For the cabbage rolls
1 pound ground beef I use 90% lean
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup onion finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic minced
1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves chopped, divided use
1 egg
1 head cabbage

Instructions
For the tomato sauce: Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 4-5 minutes or until translucent.
Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt and pepper to the pot.
Stir in the brown sugar and red wine vinegar. Bring to a simmer.
Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While the sauce is simmering, assemble the cabbage rolls. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Immerse the cabbage head in the boiling water. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until cabbage leaves are pliable. Peel 12 large leaves off the cabbage.
Place the ground beef, rice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of parsley and egg in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce to the bowl. Stir to combine.
Lay each cabbage leaf on a flat surface. Use a small knife to cut a V-shaped notch to remove the thick part of the cabbage rib.
Shape 1/3 of a cup of the meat mixture into a log shape and place in the center of a cabbage leaf. Roll the cabbage leaf around the meat mixture. Repeat with remaining meat and cabbage leaves.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Coat a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray. Place 1/2 of the tomato sauce in the bottom of the baking dish. Place the cabbage rolls, seam side down, in the dish. Top with remaining sauce.
Cover with foil. Bake for 60-90 minutes or until cabbage is tender and meat is cooked through.
Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons of parsley, then serve.

Southern Fried Chicken Batter
Ingredients
2 beaten egg
1 cup milk
2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
4 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cup all-purpose flour
Directions:
1. Beat the egg and milk together in a bowl.
2. Combine the flour with the garlic salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and paprika in a big plastic bag.
3. Put the chicken in the bag, seal it and shake to coat it.
4. Dip the flour-coated chicken in the egg mixture and again in the flour mixture.
5. Heat the oil in a skillet to 365 degrees F. Brown the chicken on all sides in the hot oil.
6. Turn the heat down to medium low and give the chicken another half an hour or until it is cooked through.
7. Drain it on paper towels and serve.

1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
1/4 cup oil

Panera Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients :
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 medium chopped onion
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups half-and-half cream
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 lb fresh broccoli
1 cup carrot, julienned
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
8 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
salt and pepper

How to make it :
Sauté onion in butter. Set aside.
Cook melted butter and flour using a whisk over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Stir constantly and add the half & half.
Add the chicken stock. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the broccoli, carrots and onions. Cook over low heat 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons white vinegar (see note)
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoons white sugar (I used 3)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Combine the milk and vinegar in a small bowl for 10 minutes to “sour”. This is an important step and it is called “soured milk” which is much different that sour milk. I guarantee you will NOT taste the vinegar in the final product. Set aside.
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. In a smaller bowl, whisk the soured milk, egg, vanilla and melted butter together. Pour into the dry ingredients and whisk until most of the lumps are gone, but DO NOT OVER BEAT!!
The batter will be thick, don’t add any more liquid. LET THE BATTER SIT UNDISTURBED FOR TEN MINUTES!!
After 10 minutes, you will see bubbles in the batter, very important DO NOT STIR AGAIN.
GENTLY dip out (don’t pour out) 1/2 cup of batter and place it on a buttered grill or frying pan. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake and then flip with a spatula and brown the other side.

1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
1/4 cup boiling water

MIX TOGETHER:
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Additional Information

Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine peaches, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Toss to coat evenly, and pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine flour, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Blend in butter with your fingertips, or a pastry blender, until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in water until just combined.
Remove peaches from oven, and drop spoonfuls of topping over them. Sprinkle entire cobbler with the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake until topping is golden, about 30 minutes.

Ingredients
8 oz uncooked rigatoni (use Dreamfields for low carb!!)
1 T olive oil
1 c chopped onion
1 (10 oz) pack frozen spinach, thawed
3 c cubed, cooked chicken breasts
1 (14 oz) can Italian-style diced tomatoes, un-drained
1 (8 oz) container Philadelphia chive & onion cream cheese
½ t salt, ½ t pepper
1½ c shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
Prepare rigatoni according to pkg directions. Spread oil on bottom of 11×7 in baking dish; add onion in a single layer. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or just until tender. Transfer onion to large bowl, set aside.
Drain chopped spinach well, pressing between paper towels. Stir in rigatoni, spinach, chicken, & next 4 ingredients into onion in bowl. Spoon mixture into dish & sprinkle evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake covered at 375 for 30 minutes; uncover & bake 15 more minutes or until bubbly.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup buttermilk

What you need:
1 cup diced Ham
2 c tater tots…still frozen
1 dozen whisked eggs
1 can (8) Pillsbury Grands biscuits..diced up (raw)
2 c. Cheese…your choice…I used Cheddar
1/4 c milk
Method:
All mixed together. Put in greased bundt pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 mins. When done flip onto platter and cut and serve

The key is not to add too much bread and the tater tots add just the right amount of potatoes…they shred up and you would think they were hash browns without making it dense! Pecan Upside Down Cake.

1 yellow cake mix us 1 pack of instant vanilla pudding. 3 eggs, 1/2 cup oil. 1 cup water.
Mix.
In bundt pan or square or oblong, spray with baking spray, melt 1 stick of butter, but the melted butter in pan. Cover bottom of pan with light brown sugar, layer pecans on top of butter and brown sugar.
Poor cake mix on top of pecans. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes. Bundt pan takes 45 minutes. Cool before turning it onto plate.

BEST EVER STRAWBERRY CAKE - OMG😱 DON'T LOSE THIS😋
Ingredients
1 box white cake mix
3 tbsp plain flour
1 (3 Oz) box strawberry jello
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup oil, I used canola oil
2 cup fresh or frozen pureed strawberries (one cup for cake & one cup for icing)
4 eggs
Instructions
Combine cake mix, flour, Jello and water. Add oil and eggs, one at a time, beating well between. Add strawberries. Beat 2 minutes. Pour batter into well greased and floured 9×13 pan. Bake at 350* for about 45 minutes.
CREAM CHEESE ICING: adapted from Paula Deen online recipe
1 stick butter softened
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup frozen or fresh pureed strawberries
3 cups powdered sugar
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix with mixer until creamy. Pour over cake after it cools from the oven. Add a strawberry to top for garnishment or pureed strawberries to top. Eat and Enjoy!

Hawaiian pineapple cake - OMG😱 DON'T LOSE THIS😋
2 c all purpose flour
2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
1 – 20 oz can of crushed pineapple ( undrained ) in it’s own juice – not syrup
1 c chopped nuts, optional
oven to 350 degree F.
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1/2 c butter or 1 stick
1 – 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c confectioners’ sugar
coconut for garnish – optional
Mix all of the cake ingredients together in a bowl.
Pour into a greased 9X13 inch pan and bake at 350 for 35 – 40 minutes (until top is golden brown).
Frosting:
Beat butter, cream cheese and vanilla together until creamy.
Gradually mix in powdered sugar.
Frost cake with cream cheese frosting while still warm.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
