I made a card game. Started six years ago as an idea and today I've released it as a print and play for everyone to check out. It's also free to play on Tabletop Simulator if you have it for PC.

Senile sorcery is a skirmish card game of harnessing your awesome arcane knowledge to fend off your lifetime enemies.

You've learned everything there is to know about magic but your memory isn't what it used to be...

After 600 years of adventuring, time takes it's toll and your long lasting enemies are just a bedside table away. The lunchtime bell rings and the Assisted Caregivers are off on their break.

Terraforming Mars by Jacob Fryxelius is one of the highest rated board games on BGG and with such a masterful mechanic of resource building and thematic rules it's difficult to question those ratings. However, the production value of the box is less than to be desired, after opening the box and seeing baggies of items scattered around lackluster, I wanted to order something that would make me want to play it in the future.

Folded Space custom Terraforming Mars Insert was the perfect choice, their custom trays and easy to build guides make what could have been a horrible gaming experience into something that I'll remember for a long time and hopefully, encourage me to order further inserts for my other larger games.

Not to mention, the player boards on Terraforming Mars are extremely dated, looking like something pulled out of Word98 I wanted to put my own spin on the design with inspiration from retro dashboards from cars in the 1980s. Something marginally different, this was filmed back in 2013 when I just discovered asmr and I created a lot of content as a hobby just out of university. It's surprising to think that it took eight years for me to gather the courage to publish this stuff and break the stigma of relaxing content.

A common favourite among all ages within my household, Peg Solitaire is simple to learn and very difficult to master. I do not know or wish to know the solution as I believe it would remove the enjoyment of the exercise and so, it's remained fun ever since I was little.

Rumoured to be invented by a French mathmatician in Bastille to pass time, althought traced back to the court of Louis XIV with an engraving later showing the game being played by the Princess of Soubise playing in 1697.

This beautiful tile placement game is one that should already be known to most households with over 9M sold worldwide. Designed by Klaus-Jürgen Wrede, on your turn you lay a tile and have the option to place your meeple onto an acessible road, city, cathedral or grasslands collecting points as you play. The simple nature of this game and it's aesthetic art give you a wonderful feeling of accomplishment when completing a road or city and can also play with additional DLC for a relaxed day of world building.

Today I'm unboxing Bites from Board Game Tables .com Bites is a beautiful game of delicious snacking and indirect conflict as ants at a picnic, Designed by Brigitte Ditt, Wolfgang Ditt and illustrated by Anca Gavril & Filip Gavril.

This board game has one of the best produced tokens I have ever seen in a board game, the faux 3d effect from the double layered printing is a marvel and exceptionally executed for the theme.

Today I'm taking some time to draw the map of Middle Earth from Lord of the Rings written by J. R. R. Tolkien. This map was inspired by a recent play of Near and Far by Ryan Laukat Red Raven Games the player maps are absolutely beautiful as illustrated by Laukat, and the gameplay is simple after a few rounds.

After a few years of toying with the idea to draw my own map for Near and Far I thought, why not set an adventure within the world of Middle Earth. Play as Bilbo fighting off the Trolls, Gandalf defending the Fellowship from the mighty Balrog, or maybe just gather some potatoes in the Shire.

I've amended the rules in this map to allow recruitment ONLY at their allocated destinations, the colours and symbols on the map correspond to the characters you recruit on your journey. If you build a camp on a double coined area, you earn double. If you pass the Egg, you may recruit a mount for your treasure.

I CANNOT WAIT to play this now, after hours of filming, editing and rendering, I can finally sit back and enjoy an adventure of Near and Far, Middle Earth.
