If you fancy being one.
Set up your camera with a plane light background. Preferably fixed camera, ie. not hand held.
Video yourself being all in character for about 10 seconds.
Then use WeTransfer.com to send it to [email protected]

Really enjoyed the Newcastle Film Club Members Group anniversary bash last night.

Had a great time at Newcastle Film Club this weekend. We saw the films put forward for their music video competition. Thanks everyone for the great reception :D It was amazing to see everyone's interpretations of the tracks in a visual form. I enjoyed them all.

We are looking for some more crew in the Newcastle area to help us with our next short film
production - Ravenhope.
Camera - We are using a Canon 550D. So some DSLR experience would be good, or would like to up the game with their own kit?
Sound - We are mostly using a Zoom h4n pro and are looking at improving on this.
Lighting - We plan for our next film to be outside, but we would still like to hear from you.
We are not making money from our films, so this is unpaid, but we do plan to get your work in front of people at festivals and online and get us all showreel material. We can talk about the title/credit you would like.

During lockdown James Wilkinson and Simon Craig made a video for a Taskmaster competition.
have put it onto the Hot Burn Cut channel, which you should all subscribe to ;) Its gonna be great as we add bore videos that get better and better.

Here we are on Facebook. Hot Burn Cut.
We have started uploading to YouTube with The Soul Stealer.
This is was made a few years ago for a film competition on Film Riot. It is mostly about trying to put over a sci-fi / film noir feeling.
It was posted on our Blue Oblong channel though has been tweaked a bit.
