Another year of your temporary life has passed away. Each year you inch closer to the end of this life. Death is the only thing guaranteed to all.
What a shame it is that we don't spare a minute to think about something we will all go through. Yet we spend ages planning our lives for which there's no guarantee.
If you haven't thought about the reason for your existence, this is the time to.
If you haven't begun to plan for the only thing guaranteed, do it now.

New year is time to change.

The water cycle, the food chain, the planets moving in their orbits without any collision.
A universe designed with so much detail, where every organism exists with a whole set of intricate network of nerves and organs working in harmony.
How can all of this not be the work of One God?
How can all of this be a coincidence which has such less probability of happening?

How long will it take you to accept and obey your Creator?

Do we have enough time?

In world without God, there's no accountability, no justice. People get punished but is the punishment upto the level of their crime. Hi**er killed and tortured millions and at the end died enduring only few seconds of pain?
A world without God is where there's no objective right or wrong. There's only people's laws and judgment.
In the end, we have to believe that there are things we fail to understand because this world has a Creator who will bring forth everyone on the day of judgement to serve justice.
We have to understand that it took us years to find about the intricate designs of cells within our own selves so how can we think we know all?

We all have received reminders from our Creator, either one way of the other. Sometimes it's death of people around us, sometimes it's a message sent to us, a thought that passes through our head but we ignore it, a status update, a simple sign.
All of these messages that reached us but we put them aside as not being important will be a witness against our own selves.
So start now, start thinking about why you were created? By whom? Ask questions, search for answers. Ask God to send guide you if He Is there. You will not be left unheard.
It's a quest we all need to undertake. So we can stand on the day of judgement and answer our Lord.

Death of the people around us is one of the biggest wake up call from God to make us realize how short and unpredictable life is. Each time we hear about someone passing away, we are reminded of our own selves. We remember that they too were people who had plans and dreams to achieve like us. But life doesn't wait for one to do all that. We are reminded that running after the delusion of a happy life has made us forget about the purpose of life. We see the reality of death closely and how it can come unannounced. We think about questions like, " What happens after we die?"
"If after death, we just cease to exist, then what's the point of life anyway?"
'Who created us and why?"
And when these thoughts pass through our head, search for their answers. Give up your biases and truly search for the right answer.
Finally when you see the logical explanation, believe in it. Work on changing your life.
Wake up before it's too late.

We spent our lives running after wealth, status, love, happiness, and what not. Yet it never ends. It's a pity that people only end up thinking about why they were here only when they are about to leave.
Think and contemplate about your existence. Fight your biases and prejudices to find the truth. Ask God for a sincere guidance to show you the truth. And once you find it, accept it.

Once you understand the purpose of your life, you will start to work towards its fulfilment. God has put signs of His existence in the universe and in ourselves as well.

We do everything to live comfortably and happily. Our desire for a life of comfort without any problems is a clear sign that we were created for it.

"We will show them Our signs in the universe and within their own beings until it will become manifest to them that it is the truth. Is it not enough about your Lord that He is witness to everything?"

One God. One message.

Our creator has repeatedly sent His Messengers to mankind with a simple message to remind us of His existence. His message has been same since the beginning. That there's one God with no partners. That we are gonna be resurrected one day and will be judged for all of our actions done in this life. That there's a heaven and hell and the true justice will b held in that life. That this life is a test we need to pass to earn paradise.

Today we are technologically advanced but empty inside because of a void that cannot be fulfilled even by the fulfilment of our desires.
Maybe because we have stopped thinking about the questions that fulfil us. Questions like,
" Who created us and why?"
"What happens when we die?"
"Is this life it?"

Let's rethink and relearn. Let's search the answer to these questions without giving in to the cultural and personal biases.

This life has ups and downs but all of it ends. With so many heartbreaking deaths around us, we realize the reality of death is far closer than we expect it to be.
But the life after death is eternal and everlasting. That's what we need to work more for. That's what we should remember more.

We all have heard the phrase of seeing the glass half full or half empty but how often do we actually think about it and keep our thoughts in check?
How often do we challenge our negative thought patterns and replace them with positive ones?
Being grateful is a practice which is highly recommended by most professionals. It is associated with greater happiness and well being.

Let's learn to practice gratitude everyday even if it's in something small.

The Lord of the world will not discriminate between the women and the men. The only criteria for honour and success in His eyes, are the deeds and the obeying of His commands.
So who are we discriminate between them? Or judge them based on anything other than their deeds?
As a society, we need to give both the genders their rights given to them by Allah. We will all be held accountable one day and asked who were we to restrict the rights of someone when it was Allah who gave it to them?

So fear your Creator and obey His commands for indeed we all have to face Him one day.

The society we live where everything is a click away, makes us impatient. Whatever we want, we order and get on our doorsteps in record time. This also tunes our minds to expect results sooner rather than later. We want immediate responses and results for our efforts as well. This however is an unhealthy way to live life. In life, things happen according to God's plan and timing. Sometimes we may not understand why certain things happened or why they didn't, but it takes immense patience to accept and be content with God's timings.

But as with everything that takes time, the result would be worth the wait when we trust Him and His plan.
