Hey, everybody! We have been MIA for the past few weeks due to working a lot and spending time with friends and family. But we're back with another video that will be the last one of us in Quito, Ecuador. In this video, Matt recaps an amazing walking tour we did of Quito's Old Town. Did you know that Quito is one of the oldest UNESCO World Heritage Sites?? You can really feel a lot of Ecuadorian history when walking through this part of the city. We had a wonderful tour guide, Marcos, who showed us around and told us a TON of interesting facts. We know we just did an Airbnb tour only a couple of videos ago, but GUYS!!! This is BY FAR our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed in! The host/owner, Alicia, is literally like your Ecuadorian mother during your stay. She is so sweet, kind, and funny. She also owns an empanada restaurant on the first floor of the building. Her empanadas are just like her, AMAZING! We also made a friend, named Marcos, who lives in the same building and he helped us out tremendously during our time in Ecuador. From showing us around, telling us what we should try, to where we should visit. We loved staying here and hope to be back again soon! Thank you, Alicia and Marcos!!!

Here's a relaxing and chill video where you to see what a day in La Fortuna looked like for us. First, we went to a local cafe for some breakfast (Gallo pinto con huevos) and some specialty coffee. Afterward, we took a little adventure to a hidden waterfall/river spot where locals and travelers like to hang out. To end the day, we went to a soda (a local diner) where we had a typical Costa Rican meal called casado (Matt had chicken and I had fish) and we washed it down with a couple of cervezas🍻. Watch us completely FAIL at surfing on our own in our latest video!😂 Even though neither of us had any prior experience when it came to surfing, we still had to try it out! When in Jaco! So we headed out to a local surf shop, rented a board, and then trekked to the beach.
