Hello everyone! The second episode of Season 3 is now live!

In this episode, Joshua interviews Ray Fox, a leader in Toastmasters International, about his 34 years of imprisonment.

Content warnings for aspects of his childhood, including r*pe, and child assault and torture by a parental figure.

Ray has had a hard, long life, but his accomplishments keep accruing, even with all he's endured.

It has been difficult, and we are still looking for future interviewees that are willing to share their stories. However, we greatly appreciate your continued support, and we shall have an update within the next couple days of a special short series we are releasing in the meantime while we amass enough content for another full season.

Street Roots' Emily Green and The Exiled Voice partnered together and made a new podcast called Walled In. It focuses on prisoner experiences as well, but also adds the expertise of people in the field of whatever we are focused on in the episode. For example, the Premier Episode is about trauma.

We would love any who enjoy this podcast, all who get something from hearing unique story, and all who are interested in the psychology of prison, trauma and PTSD to check it out! It is a bit longer than average episodes of this podcast, but is only a little more than a half hour. And of course we will still be posting episodes of The Exiled Voice each Tuesday evening.
