One main reason why people have an issue Growing their Hair is because they don't do Scalp Massages 💆🏽‍♀️ The Scalp doesn't get much blood circulation because the body circulates most of the rich nutrient blood to your vital organs like your heart, lungs, kidneys (etc) to keep you alive. You have to do a little work to get the blood to circulate to your Scalp which stimulates hair follicles thus promoting hair growth.
