Meet the Realtors!

We are going to feature each member of Hawk Creek Real Estate and how they began their real estate agent careers.

Starting with Daniel Pieper – Broker for Hawk Creek Real Estate

Dan was born and raised in Clara City. His family includes his wife, Rhonda, and their four children: Nicholas, Abigail, Erika, and Jacob, who passed away in 2011 from SIDS. With any free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and relaxing at the lake.

Dan has been active in the Clara City area real estate market for over 25 years. In 1994, he became an agent for Citizens State Real Estate and worked for broker owners Clarence Klenke and Art Boike. In 2003 he passed his broker’s license exam and took over the company from Clarence and Art. Dan’s 30+ years of banking experience compliments real estate, providing knowledge of financing options and perils when working with buyers and sellers in Clara City and the surrounding communities.

After a couple years of being a broker/agent on his own, Sue Erickson, Todd Erickson, and James Trulock joined the agency completing our current sales team. Dan focuses his duties on managing the agency and assisting agents with any needs that arise.
