Merry Christmas everyone from Dave and Lindsay.

We want to thank you all for sharing this journey with us, for your comments and memories, and your encouragement.

We pray that God blesses every one of you this Christmas, and that he continues to draw you closer to him every day. Remember that God sent Jesus into this world for the sole purpose of dying on a cross so we can have a relationship with him.

As Petra wrote in 1977: “if you knew the road that lay ahead of him would you break down and cry? Your child is born to die”

My Christmas present this year was a record player…. Which is currently playing the first record I ever owned: This Means War (yes it is playing the actual record I owned in 1988).

And as a special gift to you all, we have a Christmas present coming for everyone very soon…….

2022 will be the 50th Anniversary of the founding of Petra. 2020 was the 30th Anniversary of the album that many feel was their greatest achievement - "Beyond Belief". In between those two anniversaries our humble podcast started, simply to share the love of this band which has meant so much to us.
Last year Ron Roxtar managed to pull together every member of Petra's "dream team" for a very special interview to commemorate this great album. Last week Ron Roxtar joined us to talk about his experience, and to join us in our deep dive!
