Grateful for the opportunity to share our football journey with the awesome Sport Psychology postgraduate students and Chelsea Foundation students at St Mary’s University 🙏⚽️ Everyone’s interactive engagement made the sessions incredibly rewarding.

A huge shoutout to for joining us and sharing her insights as a national team athlete! Together, we learnt more about the sporting culture in Singapore versus the UK, exploring how these differences influence coach-player relationships and the overall wellbeing of players.

Last but not least, thank you Professor Abbe for making this happen! It was a great pleasure to meet you, the team at St. Mary’s University and all the students. Here’s to advancing the women’s game! 💪🏽

🆙99% from the US's first group stage match against Thailand four years ago in France.

⛰️Match peaked at more than 6.5 million viewers.

According to the Wall Street Journal, 1 million people watched the match on Spanish-language streaming platforms such as Telemundo, Peacock, Universo reaching the highest record of any FIFA Women's World Cup group stage match in history.

Thank you for the once in a lifetime opportunity to attend the 63rd International Session for Young Olympic Ambassadors (YOA).

Thankful to have met many amazing sporting individuals (amateur, professional athletes, non-athletes, coaches, Olympians) that I can now call my friends, and without whom I wouldn't have been able to make it through the crazy jam packed, chaotic, tiring but ultimately super fruitful 2 weeks.

Thanks Group 9 for all the collaboration and hard work on the 2 submissions and 4 presentations! Grateful to have gotten the support on some of my pet topics such as Gender Equality, and awesome job to get everyone on board with our final video!

Special shout-out to fellow Singaporean who pushed my nomination with .wong.14 from the SNOC Women in Sport Committee.

The Singapore Under-16 Women’s National Team delivered an unforgettable performance, beating Turkmenistan with a phenomenal 7-0 victory at Jalan Besar Stadium last night. The 1,531 ticket-holders in attendance were on the edge of their seats cheering hard as they watched the U-16 Lionesses dominate from the first whistle, producing an attacking masterclass that left their opponents reeling.
