Want to grow your 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀?
Let’s skip the fluff and go straight to the actionable quick tips that you can implement immediately.
𝑸𝒖𝒊𝒄𝒌 𝑻𝒊𝒑 1 : Use your brand's color consistently
Use your brand's colors and be consistent whenever you post online. Over time, people will automatically recognize your posts and begin to associate your brand with what you do.
Color is linked to memory and recognition, and is often far easier to recall than a name, especially if it has only been seen once. It’s impossible to imagine Coca-Cola without picturing the swirling red logo, or to think about McDonald’s without visualizing its signature yellow arches right?
𝑸𝒖𝒊𝒄𝒌 𝑻𝒊𝒑 2 : Leverage A Human Brand Persona
It's no longer the era of corporate speaking entities. Modern-day brands must interact with their customers at a human level, it calls for beliefs, values, ideas, attitudes, and opinions, making for connections with individuals and for establishing real relationships.
Notice how Gary V always seems to bring attention with his way of interacting with his followers.
𝑸𝒖𝒊𝒄𝒌 𝑻𝒊𝒑 3 : Use Brand Storytelling
The human brain is 22 times better at remembering stories than it is at processing simple facts. Stories are so appealing to us because we see ourselves in the characters, we relate to their fears, struggles, challenges and triumphs.
The more the audience sees themselves in your brand story, the more likely it is that they will remember your brand. See Old Spice as an example, the challenge to Old Spice is staying relevant to a younger generation. Instead of reaching out to men, the Old Spice guy talks directly to the ladies and makes it appealing to a modern generation.
You’re welcome.
