*اعتکاف کے شرعی مسائل*

1-اعتکاف کا معنی:
اعتکاف کا لغوی معنی " رکنا اور قیام کرنا" ہے۔
شریعت کی اصطلاح میں "اعتکاف" ثواب کی نیت سے مسجد میں رکنے کا نام ہے۔(الجوھرۃ النیرۃ، 175/1 کتاب الصوم ط: قدیمی)

2-اعتکاف کے فضائل:
(ا) حضور اقدس صلی الله عليه وسلم نے رمضان المبارک کے شروع کے دس دن کا اعتکاف کیا، پھر فرمایا کہ میں نے شبِ قدر کی تلاش میں شروع کے دس دن کا اعتکاف کیا، پھر درمیان کے دس دن کا اعتکاف بھی اسی واسطہ کیا تھا، پھر مجھے کسی بتانے والے (فرشتے) نے بتایا کہ وہ آخری دس دن میں ہے، (اس لیے آخری دس دن کا اعتکاف کرنا ہے) جو شخص تم میں سے اعتکاف کرنا چاہے کرلے، چنانچہ آخری دس دن کا اعتکاف فرمایا، صحابہ کرام رضوان اللہ علیھم اجمعین نے آپ صلی الله عليه وسلم کے ساتھ اعتکاف کیا۔(مسلم، 370/1، ط قدیمی)

(ب) رسول اللہ صلی الله عليه وسلم نے فرمایا: رمضان المبارک کے آخری دس دنوں کے اعتکاف کرنے کا ثواب دو حج اور دو عمروں کے برابر ہے۔(البیھقی، 220/1)

(ج) رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا ارشاد ہے کہ اعتکاف کرنے والا گناہوں سے بچا رہتا ہے اور اس کے لیے (بغیر کیے بھی) اتنی ہی نیکیاں لکھی جاتی ہیں، جتنی کرنے والے کے لیے لکھی جاتی ہیں۔(ابن ماجہ، ص127، ط قدیمی)

3-اعتکاف کی اقسام:
واضح رہے کہ اعتکاف تین قسموں کا ہوتا ہے، واجب، سنت اور نفل۔رمضان المبارک کے آخری عشرے کا اعتکاف سنت ہے، باقی دنوں کا اعتکاف نفل ہے، اور اگر کچھ دنوں کے اعتکاف کی منت مان لے، تو ان دنوں کا اعتکاف واجب ہو جاتا ہے۔(ھندیۃ، 274/1، ط رشیدیہ)

4-اعتکاف کی حقیقت:
اعتکاف کی حقیقت یہ ہے کہ ہر طرف سے یکسو اور سب سے ہر قسم کا تعلق ختم کر کے بس اللہ تعالیٰ سے لو لگا کے مسجد کی کسی جگہ پر بیٹھ جائے، اور سب سے الگ تنہائی میں اللہ تعالیٰ کی عبادت اور اسی کے ذکر و فکر میں مشغول رہے، یہ خواص، بلکہ اسپیشل لوگوں کی عبادت ہے، اس عبادت کے لیے بہترین وقت رمضان المبارک، بلکہ اس کا آخری عشرہ ہی ہے۔

5-اعتکاف کا مقصد:
اعتکاف کا مقصد شب قدر کی تلاش اور اس کی فضیلت کو حاصل کرنا ہے، اعتکاف کی حالت میں چونکہ پورا وقت مسجد میں گزرتا ہے، اس لیے اعتکاف کی حالت میں سونا اور آرام کرنا بھی عبادت میں شمار ہوتا ہے، اس لیے ہمیشہ اعتکاف کرنے کی کوشش کرنی چاہیے۔

6-کیا مسنون اعتکاف دس دن سے کم ہو سکتا ہے؟
واضح رہے کہ رمضان میں مسنون اعتکاف رمضان کے آخری عشرہ میں نو یا دس دن (چاند کے حساب سے) کا ہوتا ہے، اس سے کم نہیں ہو سکتا، البتہ نفلی اعتکاف دس دن سے کم کا ہو سکتا ہے۔(الدر مع الرد، 441/2، ط سعید)

*DISTRIBUTION OF STATIONARIES AT GOVERNMENT PRIMARY SCHOOLS OF GURDAJI AND CHOTTA KHET, NUNWANI* Kafila foundation which had been carrying out various *supportive measures and programs* for a long time in the valley organised the distribution of stationery and writing material to children of Government Primary School *Gurdaji and Chotta Khet* of Nunwani Panchayat, Kalaroos on 01 Dec 2022. Notebooks and writing materials were distributed to 22 students of Gurdaji and 23 students of Chotta Khet Government Primary Schools respectively in presence of the parents of the students to support and inculcate importance of education amongst the backward class of the society and particularly amongst *Gujjars and Bhakarwals* of the area. The event was appreciated by the locals and specially parents and elders of the area. The overall aim of the event was to *assist, motivate and promote* the importance of education and helping in *upliftment of the backward* children of Nunwani village in Kalaroos.

*GLASSDAJI CRICKET TOURNAMENT ORGANISED FROM 24 NOV TO 30 NOV 2022* Cricket tournament was organised by Indian Army along with the support of local authorities over a duration of 1 week starting from 24 Nov to 30 Nov. A total of *08 teams* have participated in the tournament . The tournament was conducted on league cm Knockout basis wherein teams were grouped into two pools. Best two teams out of each pool have moved up to the semifinals. The finals were played between *Tanda Superstars* from Manigah ‘C’ village and *Konshi Superstars* from Manigah ‘B’ village. It was a close encounter between both the teams but *Konshi Superstars’ emerged as winners* of the tournament and lifted trophy for the yr 2022. Indian Army falicitated the winner and runners-up teams during the prize distribution ceremony. Overall the tournament was a huge success as the youth in area showed enthusiasm and participation in large number. Locals appreciated the *efforts by Indian Army and local administration* and was motivated and put forward the view to conduct these kind of events in future engaging youth in sports activities and *identification of talented individuals*.
