Public Test Update

Pokémon UNITE Public Test, the official test server of Pokémon UNITE, will implement the new update on 28th September 2022

1. Clefable will be available to play.
2. Zoroark will be available to play.
3. Sableye will be available to play.
4. [Existing Pokémon]: Changes will be made to Cramorant,
Mr.Mime, Glaceon, Charizard, Absol, Aegislash, Blastoise, Wigglytuff, Gengar, Mew, and Slowbro's
moves to adjust the balance of Unite Battles in the Public test.
5. [Existing Pokémon]: Changes will be made to Azumarill and Buzzwole's stats and
moves to adjust the balance of Unite Battles in the Public test.

I've played a bunch of games in the PTS and I gotta say it's totally different from what we are actually experiencing from the live server as Theia Sky Ruins have already been applied as the map for rank games in the PTS.

Drednaw was replaced by Regirock, Registeel and Regice and gives a totally different buff from each other as Regirock increases the defense stats, Regice increases the HP, and Registeel buffs up the attack stats. These buffs are applied to the entire team. But Regieleki, who replaced Rotom now became a game changer. We can usually defend against Rotom with ease but Regieleki really zaps out the HP out of anybody including the tankiest defenders. And with the replacement of Zapdos with Rayquaza, gone will be the days where insta-scoring will definitely turn the tides as Rayquaza now grants a score shield barrier that only increases the speed of scoring unlike how Zapdos opens all enemy goals for the whole team to score.

And yes, I already played with Dodrio and Scizor in it. All I can say is that both pokemon are strong at their own and can contend to the existing roster as long as they're used right. Unfortunately, Mew isn't available yet in the PTS.

So that's all I can say for now with all the changes coming to the live servers. One thing's for sure, trainers must begin to adapt to change.
