A very special story behind this bottle...
I wait 364 days a year to pour myself dram.
When I started to get serious into collecting and trying whisk(e)y I always wanted to find a bottle that was the same age as me... so 2 years ago I found this 1987 Coopers Choice Single Grain Scotch Whisky which was barrelled in 1987 and bottled in 2020 making it 32yrs old, I bought this on its Bottled year 2020 for my 32nd Birthday.
On my 32nd birthday I opened this with my Father creating a memory that will stay with me forever.
So again on this date 28th of November.. although I didn't get the time to catch up with my father today, I still raise my glass to thank him for being an amazing father...
And to all us whisky lovers out there that do spend incredible amounts of money on amazing whisky, just remember the ones that don't cost us an arm and a leg can be more memorable and also carry a incredible story with them....
For the love of Whisky 🥃 , cheers

We travelled up high country Victoria and couldn't think of a better bottle to take with us, being our first time opening a 1972 we had big expectations with all the rumours and news how good this Whiskey is...
And she didn't disappoint 🤤 those deep characteristics of a bourbon, the caramels, vanilla, cinnamon sweetness also a good spice kick and a hint of fruit.
1792 is definitely a #1 go to for Bourbon lovers, this reaches up into the top #10 of my favourite bourbons.

Distilled: 17-12-12
Bottle Proof: 125 (62.5% abv.)
Bottled: 25-9-2020
Barrel Yield: 174 Bottles
