In this episode we have covered some harsh reality of the current employment market and laid down the reasons why big corporations think about employees with facts and figures and how the human aspect is missing. Big jobs are not always great and somewhat can be the reasons for you getting stuck with no self improvement.

We talked why you matter, what are the things that we can do to develop and how you must not lose confidence for losing a job. We also talked about the current freelancing trend and probable effect on future tech industry in Bangladesh.

We also discussed one individual who got enlisted under the forbes 30 under 30, however, later has been denounced from the list due to fraud and falsified information.
