monarchs are on the move, traveling thousands of miles southbound from Canada to Mexico
after flying over Lake Erie, northeast Ohio is the perfect place for these wary travelers for a stop to rest and refuel
here are a few places to see them as they prepare for the next leg of their incredible journey:

the migration typically happens the first three weeks of September but can last into October, depending on weather. They feed on milkweed and other late-blooming flowers, so keep your eyes open wherever you see blooms or trees near blooming flowers and meadows

Even though it seems like everyday should be World Water Day, this day gives us a chance to reflect on the ways we use water and come up with solutions to use it more responsibly.
Sometimes it feels overwhelming to think about all the water problems in the world and how can I make an impact?
But, little things add up to big changes, so I will do my part in being as responsible as I can with protecting and conserving our precious resource.
